As a hatchling, Taru was separated from his sister and family, and taken by a gang of Pokemon bandits. Unaware of his location, he was shipped and taken across different regions. It wasn't until he was rescued by a Pokemon Rescue Team that Taru started to rebuild his life.
As he grew older and used to living his life alone, Taru had a basic job as a Pokemon "Taxi" service, helping those travel around the city. It was unique to see a Legendary perform such a job, but Taru was happy helping he's fellow Pokemon in need.
This was his main occupation for a while until he was offered a job at the Guild. Taru knew the Guild, of course knowing about the Rescue Team side that helped him, along with the Explorers side. But what he didn't expect was to be recruited into the Spy Network side of the Guild, known as the "Shadow Division".
With his training complete, the Latios were getting a reputation within the division, going on a few missions with each member. The Inteleon of the team was the one he was paired up with the most and had the closest friendship with. Mostly due to the fact he introduced himself with his name... There was a reason for the code names, it's a good thing Agent Intel promised to keep his real name classified.
For now, Taru is continuing with his life in the Spy Network within the Guild and on the side, hoping to find and reunite with his sister.
Taru's symbol to the Guild is the bowtie on his neck, marked with the Guild's logo.
