Lost, Homeless, and Alone. This Poor Quilava needs someone to love him.

While trying to make a Quilava oc...I ended up just making this sad bit of art. Despite the sad theme, I'm happy with how this turned out, I never tried drawing a rainy and damp setting, so it could have come out a lot worse. XD
