Hello viewers, this is a character who I designed who has been kicking around in my head for a long time. His name is Kila Asborn and was thought up not long after the first concepts for Diaper God. He was a figure in the Nyaran government under Ida, he was second in command and controlled most civilian aspects of the government, but particularly a secret police force and intelligence agency. Under circumstances that will be explained further in Diaper God, he became the Emperor of a new nation, called Tena-Lor, achieving a great deal of population and economic growth in a relatively short amount of time. As a successor to Ida, he has an enduring cult loyal to him in both countries.
