Parental Controls Enforcement Squad, or PCES in short, are every caretaker's best allies and every kid's worst enemies. When you see those guys at your place, prepare to get your everyday virtual adventures under some very strict controls and monitoring! No more big-boy websites or violent video games - from now on you'll be watching Barney on YouTube Kids and playing Pinkfong's educational games about colors and animals - of course as long as you've done all your chores first and only till your strict bedtime hits!
And if you think you could easily break out of a digital playpen like that because you're "good with computers", then better think again! Tupi was confident with his programmer skills he'd get rid of all the nonsense limits and restrictions in a blink of an eye. Unfortunately for him, the only result of running his script was an instant come back of Milo and Barrett who are now making sure the "little toddler" will never even think about messing with his parental controls ever again!

These 2 guys are partners but they're actually very different:
Barrett, aka "the eager beaver", has been the Employee Of The Month ever since he's joined many years ago. He works there because he has a strong sense of duty and his mission is to make sure all kids are 200% safe and protected online. Actually, he's so dedicated to it that for him the actual age of their "little customer" does not matter that much - what matters is that they need to be secured and protected as much as possible!

Milo, the bunny, is the complete opposite of his partner. He doesn't actually care about the kids, he's just doing his job - and with his genius skills, he's getting it done very well.
However, the real reason he actually loves his job is that quite often they get called to get the controls installed for someone who clearly isn't a child anymore - and while Barrett doesn't seem to see anything weird about it, Milo can never get enough of putting such "kids" on the absolutely tightest and strictest controls he's got in his arsenal - purely for his own pleasure and entertainment >:3

They often get into cute little fights with each other because Barrett can't stand that Milo's uniform isn't as perfectly neat and clean as his and that he almost never wears his hat! But Milo doesn't care about it at all and often gets his uniform even more messed up, just to piss Barrett off even more in response xD
