Aside from granting the wish of plush cosmo where I would probably shove my whole foot or even both in his cutie mouth I epuld also kiss him deeply. I mean I know it's a plush but a hanging out tongue like this....triggers the need easily and hey it's a plush...I can make out with him like crazy and the real cosmo won't know about my shameless desires :3
Since I dunno if the plush got extra needy features because it's vore related I would rub myself on his soft feets or if those features does exist making use of other entrances :3
The most obvious thing is of course, cuddle the heck out of it happily when I wanna sleep :3
