Jamal here is looking at Mickey as the latter smirks and then he shrinks Jamal with his wiggling toes as Jamal falls in love with Mickey's giant feet and worships them by hugging and smooching his heel at the same time as well as licking each of his toes. And then Mickey smushes him underfoot and curls his toes as Jamal embraces being under his sole and kisses it. That's pretty much it.
