A Caretaker works to maintain the well being of the organization. Often focused on trying to provide insight and comfort. The nature of Darkwitt's operation is stressful by nature. So it helps to have someone come up to you, offer support, and be a source of affection and positivity.
Raimi prides herself in being that for Darkwitt and those that work under him.
Her day job has her assisting the CEO of a large temp agency, but it allows her the chance to learn about the goings on of multiple companies.
Darkwitt doesn't realize she sometimes dispenses the data she learns into his inbox, but she doesn't want him to worry about her, even though he'd absolutely try to be supportive.
