Oh, I actually saw the process of this pic and now it popped up here in "recent" when I logged on, what a coincidence, hah! It looks absolutely amazing, you did one hell of a job! What really caught my eye is the fabric, especially that embroidery on his chest!  How the heck did you pull that off?! It looks fantastic, I can practically feel it...

Haha, yes a tablet of course! You can make many different kinds of brushes in photoshop.
