hurt himself really bad.. He sometimes pinches his back and it happened again from a simple bad move.
Please be patient with him, everyone. He’s doing his best to recover from a pinched nerve and excruciating pain right now. I’m still doing work in the meantime, while also looking after him.

I've had my fair share of pinched nerve pain, mostly pinching my sciatic nerve from when I did distance running, and that was miserable. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

sicMoP, having experienced those things (pinched nerves), I can honestly say, "I feel your pain." You may need to go to a chiropractor to get yourself straightened out (no pun intended). But, when it quits hurting, it'll feel so much better. LOL. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

I feel you, i'm having similar trouble, when im sitting in certain poses or laying down im fine but any time im moving or heaven forbid walking it randomly will feel like someone is sticking a needel in my back...the pain is gone quick but its still annoying, especialy cause it often causes my leg to fail to lock and i nearly fall every time...

Pinched nerves are indeed a PAIN. I have one in my lower back that is sending pain straight down my leg to above my ankle and my foot even tingles from time to time if I move wrong. As a fellow back pain sufferer, the only effective long term solution I found was to change my posture at the desk... But that's probably only effective for some types of pinched nerves.
