Rouge doesn't strike me as a particularly good babysitter. I feel like she might give Cream some bad habits. I mean, just look at all that unhealthy food they're eating! :P
Seriously though, seeing Cream chugging the bottle with that look on her face and the ear flopped on the couch makes me feel a tiny bit sad. I guess that's a good thing tho? Since it means your work was good enough that it made me feel something. It does look well made after all. The shading/lighting especially.
