Fera's been through her share of battle. The green robe (or Gi) is from her time in the Resistance during Forces/Infinite Crisis. The military gear represents her time serving as an enslaved soldier for GUN.
...the nurse getup is something I did for a friend when he was sick. Maybe she cosplays for her alpha sometimes :3
ADDED - My original drawing is now included for further reference. It is of the Gi, her bad eye was replaced with a glass one during the arc where she wore it.
