Violet had a hard life, her family slain by humans seeking the power of the Chaos Crystal when she was young. While her sister was left to guard the crystal, Violet found herself living in the slums of Troblusk City, dealing with the prejudices of the humans in her area. When the Covenant of Despair offered her a shot at vengeance, she initially was hesitant, but after a particularly bad day, she gave in and joined the villains.
Eventually, Violet switched sides to protect her sister, but not before she learned to control dark magic, trained by Fera.
