Background/History
Loka is a play on the word "Loki", norse god of mischief
The Arcanine sisters Ruby and Loka were among the trainer's first two Pokémon, opting to keep both rather than to choose just one. Loka, to be blunt, has the friendly nature of a golden retriever with the innocence of a Labrador. She tends to get into all sorts of trouble from her simple worldview, but also makes a lot of friends along the way. Her high intelligence often has her coming to work with her trainer at his day job, she never seems to complain about it. Especially since she can have him all to herself while she's there.
Note: Loka joined up with the trainer before Ruby, by only a couple minutes.
Note: Loka is incredibly loyal to her trainer and her friendly nature makes her the perfect diplomat for new recruits.
Note: Loka was the one who introduced Samara to the trainer, most others would of been scared of Samara's intimidating size but Loka was oblivious to it.
