This drawing is based on a request by foxlover35(requests are currently closed) who wanted Mickey Mouse trapped in a whirlpool made out of "platinum goo" which was somewhat difficult to aesthetically conceptualize so I tried to design a substance that wasn't quite like water but not quite metallic either. But let's be real though, given that platinum has a melting point of literally 3,215 degrees Fahrenheit, Mickey would likely suffer a pretty agonizing death if he weren't a cartoon.
