Omodeus is Their nickname. This whole character is based on Arceus' official non-shiny and shiny coloration. It literally looks like it fills with piss to become shiny. So I drew that!

There is a complicated molting process for changing Their soggy exterior that I would rather draw than write, but that probably won't happen until 2026 at this rate
