Jason's older brother, and another of Eggman's fiercest enemies. After a devastating event in his past, Jasper and Jason were separated by Law and Jasper was relocated at a secure G.U.N. prison. During the invasion of the Black Arms, Jasper was accidentally released, slowly making his way around the world, looking for his brother and planning revenge on the Villains responsible for his time away from Jason.
