Java couldn't comprehend why she needed to do the extra steps to pull down her diapers and go potty instead of just doing it where she was standing, sitting, or laying down, so she just decided to get rid of her potty trainer. Its clear that the earlier attempts to potty train Java to slowly move her away from depending on diapers went down the drain, quite literally!

The potty most likely floats. One way to say "Buh-Byee" to potty is take it to the beach when the wind is blowing out towards the sea. Place potty afloat beyond the breakers. With the wind coming from land, breakers should be pretty small. Then watch the wind take potty out to sea until it goes out of sight.
Could even put some cardboard cutouts of passengers in it and write on it with a magic marker, "The Good Shit Ship Poop de Do".
