Just another random Pokemon OC! Made mainly for a comic, but I'm sure he'll show up to mess with Faye~
Felix was always a wild cat at heart. If there was trouble to be made, he'd be poking his nose into it. He enjoys the life of crime he's gotten himself into and sees himself as the big, bad leader of a crime gang. Any chance he gets to exert some power or authority, he abuses it to no end! But often enough he ends up getting the short end of the stick, and he's stuck as an underling for a much tougher boss. Felix doesn't play by the usual rules of Pokemon fighting, foregoing most fancy "moves" in favor of all-out brawling, and that can come as quite the surprise to his opponents~
