Spring is coming, and looks like Moby and Tracker have been done to do something at the park, probably to do cleaning the mesh, after the snow buried all over the park. Then, they're bumping on their hand paws after finished their job.
Meanwhile, Moby looks get a bit allergic of flowers, which is he'd never taste a spring season before. So, Tracker gives an unusual to him to covered it from an allergic, by give it a pumpkin carved and wear it on his head. Moby looks confused, as to what for to use it. So, Tracker explains if it's good for him to cover it from an allergic, and marked as a best friends, since he taugh him to be a good pup. Also, he wants to see him of being silly by wearing that, and Tracker will do the same as Moby did. Moby looks so happy, and then both of them put a carving pumpkin on their heads and doing a bump paws again. Hopefully, they're doing a good pup.
