Happily wandering in the forest one day, this little mantis ended up getting himself into quite a bit of trouble; after thankfully taking a deep breath that was going to lead into a happy sigh, a drop of water splatted onto him from above, trapping him inside! He struggled to get out for several minutes, even rolling the drop around to find something to pop it, but it wasn't happening, and he just had to keep holding his breath and hope for help...
Another 10 minutes passed, and no help was coming. The mantis was awkwardly covering his mouth at this point, his blue cheeks now as big as his head. Even with his lungs burning, he tries his best to stay still, still having hope that someone would find him in time.

With 17 minutes having passed with him stuck in the droplet, the poor mantis couldn't take any more. He starts beating against the edge of the droplet, calling out for help as bubbles stream from his mouth, before he finally draws in a breath, water surging down his throat and into his lungs...

The mantis puffs up his cheeks and gets to his feet. Unable to swim, he walks to the edge of the droplet and tries to push his way out, but it doesn't seem to be working. He looks at the ribombee and gestures for them to help.

With seemingly no other option, the mantis decides to do his best to give the ribombee air. He holds her head and kisses her as best as he can, trying to exhale into her. A lot of bubbles get loose, but a decent portion of his sacrificed air does get into the ribombee.
