Another reminder... that tomorrow is Sunday 21 January.

A seemingly innocuous date - but behind that dullness lies an important event: it's Squirrel Appreciation Day! Time to get those squirrelly creatures front-and-centre for their day in the spotlight. There are a good number of squirrels out there who need their appreciation, and this is their chance!

So - get those ideas going, get that pen ink flowing (or whatever the digital equivalent is), and get these squirrels ego-ing.

(Yes, I know egoing isn't a word, but I wanted to keep the rhyme up.)

What can you do?
- Draw your squirrel OC, and post it on 21 January with the 'squirrel_appreciation_day' tag;
- or if you don't draw, commission somebody to draw a squirrel for you!
- or if you don't have a squirrel OC, ask somebody who does nicely
- Repost or link to this journal to spread the word! (short link: https://inkbunny.net/j/506359)
- and finally: Appreciate your squirrels!
