Good times, bad times, Zyn's had their share.
Panel 50: Zyn in a long coat with a tricorner hat on. They look angry and determined as the head out through their front door in the dead of night. They have a brown leather backpack on that is filled with something.
Caption: There were times, late at night, when they would go out though.
Panel 51: Zyn fighting alongside some green bandana rebels, wearing a green bandana over their muzzle. They are stealing a wagon full of arms as Gendarmes attack. Zyn is crouching with dual pistols and is blasting a gendarme that is approaching. The battle is taking place inside a warehouse with the rebels, presumably making an escape in their wagon.
Caption: They always felt strongly about justice, and they believed the rebels were fighting for the right reasons, for the lower classes. I think they just needed some alone time, late at night, to sort things out.
Panel 52: Zyn being held by Leika. Zyn is bawling. The TV shows the tag “VICTORY: Green Bandanas Crushed!”
Caption: When the rebellion was crushed by the Cub Guard and the Gendarmes, my Nony kinda stepped away from politics and just focused on making more caretaker synths.
Panel 53: Zyn's back is facing the viewer. They are wearing a green vest, tan long-sleeved shirt, brownish grey pants with some diaper peekage out the back. They are working on an arm belonging to a very incomplete synth body. No fur or skin or features are visible, just the steel colored frame.
Caption: Nony would work with synths in the daytime with the rest of their group, but at night they would pour all their extra energy into working on their own synths, which, with the synth’s permission, they’d donate to various creches.
Panel 54: Winter Festival, siblings opening gifts related to their passions. The “adults” are looking on happily. Vabe is hugging a little wooden hammer in his baby blue footie sleeper. Vasha is triumphantly holding some yarn and wooden sewing needles up as she looks at her parents in her purple footie sleeper. Val is on her tummy with stars in her eyes as she reveals her gift, a new edition of the "Little Artificer" kit Zyn received long ago when they were a crecheling. She is wearing a pink bunny footy sleeper with bunny ears (reminiscent of a Christmas Story). Caretaker Synth Thindel is leaning forward with interest as she watches the littles open their gifts. Zyn is wearing a purple sweater, blue jeans and darker purple socks. They are sitting with their leg over their knee and a big smile on their face as they hold Leika's hand. Leika is weaing a green dress with three levels of frills and big red stocks. She looks very christmas-y. Leika's fur is white, indicating that she is wearing her winter coat.
Caption: Mommy and Nony supported their children. My brother Vabe was happy just working as a laborer in construction. It was a level 1 job, but it was what he wanted to do. Vasha took to our mother and wanted to work in the clothes making business. I took after Nony, and wanted to be an artificer someday!
