Looks like Ollie took one too many hits at the Rock Solid rave club and got knocked out! Unfortunately for him, a couple of weasel guards were prowling about, looking for a particularly sized bunny or squirrel to 'come with them.'
And by that I mean, to tie up, gag and repurpose as a table leg for the rest of his life. Looks like the Panther King won't be spilling his milk anymore! And Bill and Bob won't be getting the duct tape, heh heh. 😈😁

I have a kink and a total admiration for this particular game over screen, and Gila went above and beyond and downright replicated the scene itself from Conker's Bad Fur Day, where if you get a Game Over from losing all your lives via being simply knocked out, Conker winds up being captured by the weasel guards, tied up, gagged and neatly wedged beneath the Panther King's table for the rest of his life, never to be free again. It's dark, yet so kinky, and we couldn't help but to imagine Oliver Rabbit in a similar situation, knowing how small of a bunny boy he is. 🥴
