At the time when I made this, I'd been blindsided by what has felt like a whole new set of dysphoric thoughts and emotions. It was really difficult to parse them all cause of how complex they seemed, but while reflecting and combing through them a memory popped into my head of some sound advice that Suki, a friend of mine, gave me all the way back in 2021 when I first came out to them as trans.
It's easier said than done, but still good to keep in mind and try to hold true to while struggling to find one's own truth.
I'm not sure exactly what prompted me to add the CRT filter to it, but the exchange felt like a nostalgic but poignant scene that might've even come from a TV show, and it seemed to work well for it too.
