Character Sheet for Cirrus
Character Description
A large eastern dragon, roughly 41 feet long and mostly shades of green in color. He can change his size to 10% and 1% of normal, as well as return to full size, though his size can't be anywhere between each and he can't grow if there isn't enough room for him to fit.
His body recovers from damage 100X times more quickly than what you'd expect, and can regrow lost sections. This healing also gives him oxygen, allowing him to hold his breath and even suffocate for an extremely long time, though it's not enough to keep him alive on its own. He tends to abuse his oxygen generation by purposely suffocating, as he likes the sleepy and dizzy feeling it brings.
He can expand his cheeks to be just a bit smaller than his head.
The knees on his front legs can be reversed, and combined with those feet having thumbs, he can essentially turn those legs into arms when needed.
Like most eastern dragons, he can fly, but not many can go as fast as he can; he's broken the sound barrier before.
Knows five languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and German.
Personality
Endlessly curious about people and technology, though he can't figure out phones for the life of him.
Generally changes to 10% size to talk to people, and is willing to let friends ride him.
If he's especially good friends with someone, he'll let them cut off his horns and keep them. They grow back after a couple weeks, so there's no harm in it.

Likes: Flying really high up, exploring, video games (though he's not very good at most)

Body
He's roughly 41 feet long and 3 feet thick, with a mostly pale green body aside from his underside and the upper halves of his legs, which are a similar color with an orange tint. The lower halves of his legs are a much darker color than the upper. His whiskers are about 9 feet long and he has a pair of horns and 4 spikes along his back. The inside of his mouth is blue.
