Good evening everyone, I got my Halloween drawing done in time.

I named him Mörklo because it is a play on words, there is 'Mörk' meaning dark, because it is halloween and spooky, and also 'klo' for claw, because he is a black cat.

I was thinking if I should make it more cute or spooky and I decided to go with a more cute drawing.

I'd love to hear what you all think of him, or if I should keep him around after Halloween.

I like his outfit and his name is unique. If you like him you could keep him around for sure. Maybe even draw a Christmas image of him and your raccoon character Rocky. :D

Thanks, I really went to the last minute on this drawing, so I'm glad you think that it's good. I think if people like him he will pop up here and there.

In my opinion it should matter more if the artist likes their characters and not much the viewers. The more you draw them the more people learn about them and the more people might like them more. :3

Usually if I make a character I tend to like it, but I do like to hear what people think of it, and if people really dislike a character then I might draw it less frequently than my other characters. But so far it doesn't seem like any of my characters are really disliked, so usually I'm the one who decides if a character stays around.

I personally don't worry too much if my characters are disliked by people, because people dislike things other people like. It's just how humans work since it's subjective to everyone. Like movies, games and other media. But I can sort of understand where you're coming from. Just don't think too harsh on it if you encounter someone that dislikes a character of yours. :3
