It was early in the morning as Joey slept in bed, snoozing peacefully, as he planned to sleep in all day long. The otters slumber was short lived however when there was a sudden ringing coming from a small device on a night stand on the side of his bed, giving the otter a rude awakening. Joey was quickly startled awake, as he began to flail his arms and legs wildly, kicking his bed sheets all over the place as he frantically began trying to free himself before he suddenly found himself rolling out of bed and falling on the floor with a soft thud. Laying on the ground, Joey was able to get himself calmed down enough to free his arms enough to reach up to his night stand and grabbed the communicator device from it and and quickly answered it.
"H-hello?" Joey asked he tried to get up off the floor
"Morning sleepy head, just calling to ask if you have kept your training panties dry" Katie called out
"What? Of course they are dry!" Joey replied defensively
"Good! Then you won't mind if I come on over to give them a check in person" Katie replied before quickly cutting off communication
"Wait what?" Joey asked as he got up to his feet and soon saw a portal appear on his wall
Katie quickly hopped on out of it, making it vanish afterwards as she stood there with a smile looking at her boyfriend all tangled up in his bedsheets.
"There better not be wet pull ups under those sheets!" Katie warned
"Th-there isn't!" Joey answered
"Good, then sheets down so I can make sure" Katie commanded
Joey just blushed and pulled them down showing off his pink princess pull ups making him blush brightly. Katie just chuckled and walked on up and gave them a thorough check making sure the little princess crowns were still on the pullups to be sure they were still dry.
"Hrmmm... you didn't change them in the middle of the night did you?" Katie asked with suspicion
"No of course not, what is this about?" Joey replied before asking his own question
"Well I can't risk you stealing my panties again, and if you want to wear panties, then you have to prove you can be a big girl by keeping your pullups dry" Katie began to explain "So since you have kept your pullups dry you get a reward!" Katie replied smiling lots
"A reward? What kind of reward?" Joey asked
"Why your very own pairs of panties to wear!" Katie exclaimed cheerfully
"Oh? Umm where are they?" Joey asked sheepishly
"I don't have them yet, we need to find pairs that will will look cute on you" Katie simply answered with a big smile
"What do you mean by that?" Joey asked confused
"We need to go panty shopping!" Katie exclaimed excitedly
"W-wait what!?" Joey asked nervously hearing that
"Yup, we will go to the store to find panties that will look good on you so you can have your own to wear, instead of mine" Katie asked before pushing the otter boy back onto his bed.
Joey could only eep in surprise as he fell onto his back and laid there in bed, as Katie grabbed a lone diaper from under his bed.
"Wait! What are you doing with that?" Joey asked seeing the thin cheap diaper
"Changing your butt out of your pullup" Katie replied ripping the sides of Joey's princess pull up
"But why? Those are terrible, I bought them by accident, you remember what happened last time, they leaked all over, you said they would only be good for" Joey began explaining before being silenced by the otter girl
"Because, it's extra incentive to stay dry while at the store, if you can stay dry while we shop for some new panties for you, then you will get a special reward when we get back here after" Katie answered
"But if I can't hold it then they will leak on me at the store" Joey replied with a whimper
"I know, so just think dry thoughts" She replied not giving him a chance to protest as she changed him into the cheap diaper
Joey just blushed as he crossed his legs some, "Can't I go potty before we leave first?" Joey asked
"Nope!" Katie replied throwing the otter boy his clothes, "Now get dressed so we can get going, sooner we get your panties the sooner you can have potty time" Katie added
Joey just blushed deeply and quickly got dressed in in normal boy clothes quite quickly and was soon ready.
"All set?" Katie asked
Joey just nodded his head some watching Katie pull out her portal gun and teleported the two of them to the department store in no time. Looking around around, Joey found that the two of the of them were in an empty layaway area, as there weren't any shoppers or employees there so no one noticed them pop on in.
"Now then, where was the panty aisle at?" Katie muttered to herself trying to think
"Well I would think it would be in the clothing section of the store" Jopey replied trying to answer
"I know that silly, but i'm trying to remember where that was at, this store is too big, it's so easy to get lost sometimes" Katie replied as she suddenly remembered where it was and led Joey there by his hand.
Joey watched as they passed by various aisles of toys, furniture, art supplies, greeting cards, holiday stuff till they suddenly arrived at the clothing section. Katie walked around leading Joey about through the mens section to women's section of the store, but didn't stop there, as Katie tugged him along even more, to the girls section and finally down the aisle stocked with panties.
"Here we go!" Katie proclaimed
"But....aren't these for little kids?" Joey asked blushing brightly
"Of course they are, you aren't big enough for panties like mine, not yet at least. So we need to get you these until you can prove you are big enough for big girl panties" Katie replied
Joey just looked around at the various panties seeing how childish they all looked as Katie wasted no time in grabbing a pair from the shelf and held it up in front of Joey. The otter boy just stood there blushing deeply as he looked down at the pair of princess panties held up in front of his waist.
"I think you would look so cute with these on!" Katie exclaimed excitedly
"H-hey, cut that out!" Joey replied hoping no one would see
"Nonsense!, how else will we know if they will look good on your not?" Katie replied setting the pair of panties down on the shelf to start a pile of panties to definitely buy
"But what if someone sees us?" Joey asked
"Just tell them your girlfriend is just having fun with you, silly butt!" Katie replied with a giggle
Joey just blushed but nodded as he knew that he wouldn't be lying if he said that. Katie quickly grabbed another pair that had cute unicorn prints on them, and did the same thing checking to see how cute they would be on him.
"You know being an otter, I think any pair would look cute on you" KAtie replied
"But...otters are cute no matter what" Joey commented
"Exactly, that's the benefit to being naturally cute, panties would only make you even cuter" Katie added
"But is it too cute?" Joey asked
"No such thing as being too cute" Katie answered adding the unicorn panties to the pile
Katie smiled some as she spotted something a little different and and held up a pair of thick cotton training panties.
"look at what I just found, actual training panties instead of the pullups you have been wearing!" Katie replied showing them off
Joey just looked at the pair of training pants that were covered in cute designs of baby forest animals.
"But... we already have pullups, we don't need these do we?" Joey asked nervously
"Why not? this way you can have the best of both worlds, cute panties and pullups so you don't have to worry so much about any accidents" Katie teased
"But I don't have any accidents" Joey commented
"You can never be too sure, besides better safe than sorry" Katie replied holding them up in front of him
Joey just blushed wondering how long it would all take as Katie grabbed another pair of cloth training panties, these having adorable kitten designs on them.
"We definitely need to show these to Riola, maybe this time you will be a better influence if she sees how cute panties can be" Katie replied trying to make Joey blush
"What!? But she doesn't really have to see them does she?" Joey asked nervously
"Why not? She has seen your cute diaper butt before and she has seen your pullups before why not let her see your panty butt as well, not like she hasn't seen panties before" Katie answered
Joey was too embarrassed to say anything as Katie grabbed a pair of panties that had really cute designs of mermaids on them.

Joey just nodded his head some silently.
"Hehe I didn't hear anything does that mean you don't think that these are perfect?" Katie replied giving Joey a sad eyed pout.
"N-no! I mean y-yes! I mean, wait! What I meant to say was, that they would look adorable on a cute girly otter" Joey replied unable to resist Katies cute pout
"Oh? That's great to hear, but where oh where is there a cute otter who would wear these?" Katie asked playfully looking around
Joey just sheepishly pointed at Katie, as she just shook her head and stuck out her tongue.
"Wrong answer silly, I'm a big girl, I'm too big to wear these kinds of panties. Surely there is another cutie butt otter who could wear them" Katie replied teasingly
Joey just silently pointed at himself knowing it was the answer she wanted.
"Excellent idea! Let's see how they look to be sure sure!" Katie replied holding them up in front of him, "Just as I thought, they are perfect!" Katie exclaimed adding them to the pile.
Joey just blushed, but seeing no one was around, he began to look around the various shelves and soon reached for a pair and grabbed ones that had designs of foxes on them.
"Hehe oh really now?" Katie asked, "I think this pair would be the best choice for you out of all of these" She praised
"Why is that?" Joey asked
"Doesn't the fox on these panties look familiar?" Katie asked showing them off to him
Looking at them some, Joey soon recognized it, "You mean the fox plush I won for you?" Joey asked
Katie giggled and nodded adding them to the pile, "Keep picking out some panties, you have really good taste"
Joey nodded his head and kept looking around at them as Katie grabbed a pair that had designs of flowers and butterflies flying around on them, adding them to the pile.
"Tell you what, Find four more pairs on your own, and I will get you a special reward" Katie offered
"What's the reward?" Joey asked
"Not gonna tell you, you will have to find out. So get to picking them out, I expect to see at least two pairs of cloth training panties in there as well little miss" Katie replied standing on back watching to see what Joey would do on his own
Joey just blushed even brighter now that he had to do it himself as he tried to think of what to get, as he reached for a cute pink pair of panties adorned with a bunch of cute red hearts.
"Don't forget to check how they will look" Katie reminded
Joey just nodded and held them up in front of his shorts and saw how they would look before adding them to the panty pile.
"Good girl just three more pairs" Katie praised petting his head
Joey smield and wagged as he resumed his search and decided to go ahead and get the two pairs of training panties and grabbed a couple pairs that had designs of ponies and another that had cute polka dot prints. Joey held the pair of pony printed ones up first getting a thumbs up form his girlfriend before he tried on the polka dotted ones getting a thumbs down.
"Hmmmm... they are nice but are they really cute?" Katie asked
"Not really, I mean they kind of are" Joey replied
"Come on, I know you can do better than that" Katie replied
Joey nodded and put the polka dotted ones back and looked around more before grabbing a pair with designs of little chibi looking bunnies on them. After trying on the new pair, Katie gave a round of applause for the otter boy seeing how adorable they looked.
"Good girl, just one more to go!" Katie praised giving him a kiss on the cheek
Joey just smiled and wagged excitedly as he looked for one last pair of normal panties. that had designs of little fairies on them, as Katie just giggled seeing them.
"Oh those look really adorable, hehe, well least I know you can pick out your own panties!" Katie replied hading Joey all the panties they picked out
Joey nodded his head, "so what's the surprise?" Joey asked
"You will find out, now go and pay for your panties, and i will meet up with you at the front of the store" Katie replied trying to shoo him off
"What do you mean, where are you going?" Joey asked feeling her nudging him along
"I have to go get your surprise, now hurry up or I won't get it" Katie wanted
Joey just nodded and got moving not wanting to miss out on his surprise. Joey walked to the front of the store looking for a short check out line and quickly spotted one and hurried on over to it and laid the panties on the small conveyor belt.
"Are these for you?" The cashier, a female roo, jokingly asked as she scanned them one by one
"N-no not really, my girlfriend is just trying to have fun with me is all, she loves making me blush" Joey explained
"Well I have to say that she is doing a good job" the cashier replied
Joey just nodded and got out some money as she bagged up the panties and rang up the total. Joey handed over the money and grabbed the bag and began making his way to the front of the store being tapped on the shoulder. Joey turned around and jumped up into the air some before seeing Katie behind him with a small white box.
"All done buying your undies?" She asked
"Yes, I bought them" Joey replied showing her the bag
"Good now let's get back to your room, so we can have some fun" Katie replied
Joey nodded and followed the otter girl to a small isolated cart holding room where she use her portal gun to open up a portal and jumped through with Joey in hand, reappearing back in his room. Joey had no time to get settled back in before feeling Katie pulling his shorts down exposing his diaper, giving it a thorough check.
"Good girl, you stayed dry, now we can have fun!" Katie replied
Joey smiled and swished his tail as he crossed his legs, wondering what kind of fun.
