Lil flash animation i threw together. took me about an hour and 40 minutes. I hoped i would do it faster but eh. also think the quality could be better but again this was something i did that was spur of the moment. I got the idea while watching a you tube video of Shantotto from Final Fantasy 11 laughing. Reminded me of the mean girl laughs that you always see in anime's.
