'Twas the first Sunday after the first Full Moon after the Northern Hemisphere's Autumnal Equinox (October 7 this year in 2012, October 24 back in 2010). Here's an old Wester picture in lieu of a late one for this year.
It's (or was, rather) that time of year when the Wester Hedgehog gets gummi leaves stuck in his quills while passing out gummi worms to good little boys and girls with strong stomachs. That assumes he doesn't eat the gummi worms first.
