Rest assured, this guy knows who and when to strike. He's actually quite famous with children, loving to pose for photos when he docks. But cross him and you'll find that his name is no joke!
Sottano is semi-affiliated with the Freedom Fighters, as his boyfriend Rémi is cousins to Antoine D'Coolette. Rémi tried to save him during a scuffle, which caused the coyote to lose his leg. Sottano commissioned a prosthetic that looked as natural as possible as a thank you.
