Character Sheet for Takashi Greatwolf
Character Description
Takashi is part of the magical Kitsune clan, though he knows very little about his real family. Kitsunes live very long, and its not uncommon for them to intrust their offspring to deserving families to learn their lifestyle. The idea is that they will outlive their foster families and rejoin their clan with the experience of that other culture.
For that reason Takashi isn't in any hurry to rejoin his real family. He enjoys Alex's family and friends, and his personality and lifestyle reflects theirs. Takashi has a strong sense of Justice and values personal strength like Alex, and sense of Adventure and values independence like Kai. He applies himself like Nini and tries to befriend everyone like Popi.
As much as he loves the people in his life and has learned to act like them, he is still a Kitsune and has a strong personality of his own.
Takashi was sent off to a monastery to train in the ways of the monk after King Greatwolf died, both to help him recover from the trauma and so that he had a place to stay. There he learned strength and discipline, and was made a custom pair of cyber gauntlets that augment his natural fire magic. Because of this, he fights more straightforward and relays on his fortitude more then other Kitsunes, who relay on deception and skill.

Firefox-
Takashi's fur is burn proof and heat resistant, giving him a good resistance to fire. He can use his natural energy to create fire attacks with various uses. The fire has a deep orange tint and can be used to burn through magical enchantments, shine through illusions, or scald heavy armor till it's decrippled and weak. However, the fire doesn't burn through flesh very well, so it does little real damage especially to light armor.
Illusion Magic-
Takashi has the natural ability to create illusions, though he has very little practice and needs help casting spells. His magic is nature based, and he uses various types of Leaves as a medium for spells. The most useful leaf is a Oak leaf from the first week of spring, so Takashi has a few books with preserved leaves in them. Preserving leaves lessens their magic, so most Kitsune practice with magic till they no longer need to use leaves.
The magic he can use involves disguising himself as others, making himself fade, and creating various mirages and making people hallucinate noises or physical things.
Monk power-
Using his chi, Takashi is a deadly force in hand-to-hand combat. He can manipulate a persons pressure points to disabled them or make them more vulnerable or weaker. This same power can be used to the opposite effect to increase another persons resistance and strength for a short period of time can can also heal wounds and dispel ailments both natural and magical. He can deflect magic and defuse wards, and is able to drain a person of their energy severely fatiguing them while energizing himself.
he can also commune with recently deceased spirits before they go into the afterlife for the first time, and is still learning how to commune with the more ancient ones.
