Tacki the red, diapered, baby dragon hatchling is craning his neck so he can salute at the viewer. He is weating a very short sailor shirt with a blue shoulder flap with two white lines on it. He has darker blue water wingies and a white diaper with light blue horizontal stripes and blue tapes. He has a big white hat with a blue bow on it. He is wearing light blue crocs.

Tacki has a mop in his left hand which is resting on the deck. A wooden bucket is on his right. He is standing on the poop deck of a sailing ship with crib railing. The deck is shiny and sparkly. Apparently Tacki did a good job swabbing it! You can see the hatchling's reflection on the floor.

Behind him is nothing but ocean all the way to the horizon.
