"Serpent swimwear"
This friendly snake is happy to show off his finned tailcap, an equivalent to flippers for beings who have a tail instead of legs. They're pretty much only for snakes; those that have legs would probably have trouble swimming using their tail, and those with only a tail either have natural fins on it or shouldn't be in water regardless.
