*At the Lookout in Adventure Bay, a few of the pups were busy cleaning up their vehicles. Rocky breathed on one of the hubs, wiping it off with a rag.*

Rocky: And... done! All clean

Ryder: Your vehicles are looking pretty clean and polished, pups.

Chase: Well we have to be ready for Alex's party today

Skye: So they aren't just clean and polish... they're party-perfect clean and polished!

Rocky: Man this party is gonna be fun!

Zuma: By the way, Formula... where is Balloona X?

Formula: She's getting a water fill up, so she can clean both of our vehicles

Rocky: What do you mean by that?

Formula: Well... *He pointed over to the enlarged collie, having a small bit of water dribble from her mouth and looking more like a water balloon.* She got a big drink, sort of speak.

Rocky: Whoa...

Formula: Ok Balloona X, let it rip! *She nodded, letting out a blast of water from her mouth that soaked up both vehicles but some of it managed to hit Rocky*

Rocky: No! Yuck! *He ran off from the water.* I hate water!

Balloona X: *muffled and bubbling* Sorry Rocky

Rocky: I went all day washing these without getting wet, give me a break...

Formula: You may just have to start wearing a rain coat, or I can put you in a bubble.

Rocky: If you could... *Formula heads inside. A couple of seconds later, he returned with a towel.*

Formula: Here, mate.

Rocky: Thanks *he grabbed it and started to dry himself off. Marshall walks over with a box of decorations.*

Marshall: Decor coming in!

Formula: Don't you think it's a bit soon?

Marshall: Don't worry. We can make it.

Formula: If you say so... *As he got back to cleaning, the dalmatian brought the decor to the others.*

Marshall: Okay, guys! Here comes the... *He trips on a loose banner. The decor is scattered all over the ground.*

Chase: Well... looks like we got a bit more cleaning to do.

Formula: You don't say? *He came over, having a streamer wrapped around his bionic paw.* Here....

Marshall: Thanks... *He took it off his paw, laughing a bit nervously as the lab went back to cleaning the last two vehicles.*

*The scene then shifted to Mr. Porter's Café, where it was decorated a bit to resemble a party area since Mr. Porter had his camera out, taking a picture of Alex*

Mr. Porter: A little to the left. More to the right. Perfect. Now, big smile. *Alex turned his head, Mr. Porter snapping the photo.*

Alex: How do I look in it? *Alex walks up and Mr. Porter shows him the photo.* Thanks, Grandpa! I want to save this for the scrapbook!

Mr. Porter: All right, then! Come on! The next shot will be you breaking that piñata!

Alex: But we need to wait for everyone to be here

Mr. Porter: I know that, Alex. We just have to wait for everyone to get here to share those golden goodies!

*Meanwhile, Mayor Humdinger was walking by when he heard Mr. Porter say gold.*

Mayor Humdinger: Gold?! That piñata is filled with gold?! Oh, with all of that money, I’ll be rich! *Alex brought out his piñata, a five pointed star ranging in various different colors, but having the straight forward circular color segments.* Oh, if that piñata really contains gold, I’ll be super rich! But how do I distract them so I can take it? *Then one of his kitten meowed at him* Oh, you can make everyone distracted? Good plan! Come on, kitties, make some noise! *The kittens got to work, with the Rocky one going over to Mr. Porter's leg, meowing slightly.*

Mr. Porter: Oh hey there, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with your owner, Mayor Humdinger? *The kitten meowed again, circling around his leg while its stomach growled a bit.* Well... I guess I can get you a little something to eat. Alex, can you watch this kitten while I find it a treat?

Alex: Sure thing, grandpa *While both were busy with their assigned tasks, the five other kittens began making off with the piñata.* Aren't you a good tabby kitty? *Alex began petting it and it meowed, while the others took the piñata of its string.* I can’t wait for everyone to... *The kittens run away with the piñata.* Hey! That’s my piñata! *the kitten that he was watching jumped on his head and ran away with the other kittens* Those naughty kittens got away with my piñata! *Mr. Porter comes outside with a can of tuna.*

Mr. Porter: Kittens, I brought... *spots a crying Alex* Alex? What happened?

Alex: Those kittens stole my piñata.

Mr. Porter: Oh dear, but don't worry Alex, I'll call the Paw Patrol for help *He pulled out his phone, calling up Ryder. Meanwhile, the pups were putting the finishing touches on cleaning, polishing, and decorating their vehicles.*

Formula: I think we're all set though.

Ryder: Wow, everyone! You did great! Alex and the others are going to love... his pup pad rings.

Formula: An emergency? Today?

Balloona X: Looks like we’re gonna be a little late.

Ryder: *he answer his pup pad* Ryder here

Mr. Porter: Hey Ryder, we had a slight problem with some kittens... they managed to run off with Alex's piñata for his party.

Ryder: Oh, no! Do you know where they went?

Mr. Porter: Well I think it's one of Mayor Humdinger's kittens since it's wearing what looks like Rocky's clothes

Formula: Those kittens never seem to catch the hint... especially after we've pinned them twice with our bodies.

Balloona X: You said it.

Ryder: Don't worry Mr. Porter, we'll get the pinata back. No job is too big, no pup is too small! *Ryder activates the signal.* Paw Patrol, to the Lookout!

Everyone: Ryder needs us!

Balloona X: *she run as her body sloshed around* Wait for me, I'm abit slow since I still have some water in me

Formula: Might be a good idea to spit that out perhaps?

Marshall: I got it! *he jumps onto her back and the force makes her spit out some water but unfortunately the water hits the other 6 pups in the elevator*

All 6 Pups: Ahhhh!

Marshall: Oops... didn't mean to rain on the party, pups. *Marshall and Balloona X walk in the elevator as they laugh abit until everyone shake the water off of them and landed on Marshall and Balloona X, making them wet as the 6 pups laughed. The elevator activates and they head to the top. The logo flashes and they enter in uniform. Once reaching the top, they leapt out and lined up.*

Chase: Paw Patrol, ready for action, Ryder sir! *Ryder brings up the board.*

Ryder: Thanks for coming, everyone. Alex had his birthday piñata stolen by Mayor Humdinger’s kittens.

Balloona X: Oh no, this is bad for Alex

Ryder: But we'll be able to get it back before those kittens crack it open. So for this mission, I’ll need... *Selects Chase’s icon.* Chase, I’ll need you to use your drone to search for the piñata.

Chase: Spy Chase is on the case!

Ryder: I also need Balloona X *selects Balloona X's icon* I need you to help Chase in case, we have to deal with Mayor Humdinger's kittens

Balloona X: Time to bounce into action!

Ryder: While you two deal with those kittens, I'm going to need... *He scrolls to select both Marshall and Formula's icons.* Marshall and Formula. I'll need you two to help Mr. Porter finish setting up the party and cheer Alex up.

Marshall: I'm fired up!

Formula: I'm tuned up and tuned in!

Ryder: All right! PAW Patrol is on a roll! *While Ryder went down his pole to the garage, Chase went first down the slide, assuming his usual perfect posture stand-at-attention bit while Balloona X followed him, doing her roll down. Chase arrived at the bottom of the slide, changing his puphouse into the spy rendition of his police cruiser and driving off. Balloona X rolled off the end, rolling to her puphouse before it changed to its tanker form and driving off. As the garage door open, Ryder jump on his ATV and drive off with Chase, Balloona X, Marshall, and Formula right behind him. Soon, they reach Alex’s birthday party.*

Mr. Porter: Paw Patrol, you're here

Ryder: Well... half of us, that is.

Mr. Porter: Where are the others?

Ryder: Waiting for the case to be solved. Now, where did you last see the kittens?

Mr. Porter: I think they might be heading back to Foggy Bottom

Ryder: Well while we are getting the pinata back, Marshall and Formula will help you on completing the decorations for the party

Mr. Porter: So he's one of the new recruits I heard about, huh?

Formula: Yes I am, sir

Mr. Porter: Y'know, you look familiar a bit...

Formula: Uh... how so?

Mr. Porter: There was a blimp around this area a few times that had your colors on it. Weird...

Formula: Yeah, it's probably just some weird coincidence.

Balloona X: Hehehe....

Formula: Not funny...

Ryder: Anyway, we'll go get your pinata back before Alex's party begins

Mr. Porter: Great to hear, but I should focus on setting up the rest.

Marshall: That's what we're here for.

*So Ryder, Chase, and Balloona X drive off to Foggy Bottom as Marshall and Formula stay behind*

Formula: So where do we start?

Mr. Porter: Well, I have a bit of streamers to hang, readjust the banner, and get some balloons set up.

Marshall: Hey Form, you can handle the... *He looked at the lab, shaking his head a bit.* Er... the streamers.

Mr. Porter: What's wrong Marshall?

Marshall: Nothing... we may need someone else to do the balloons though.

Mr. Porter: Why not you?

Marshall: Uh maybe not since the last time I did inflate a balloon, it inflated my vest instead

*A small flashback happened on the day of the parade some time ago, where Marshall was finishing with a big red balloon, but when he went to tie it, the nozzle blew the helium into his vest. The flashback ended shortly after.*

Mr. Porter: Well, I'm going to finish up the cake, so one of you will have to do it.

Formula: Maybe I could do it but... I need some space to do this alone...

Marshall: Ok. How many balloons do you need exactly?

Mr. Porter: Let's see... *He counted with his fingers for a bit.*

Formula: I hope it's not too many...

Mr. Porter: There are ten.

Formula: That's not so bad.

Mr. Porter: I have eight regular ones and... *He pulled out two giant ones.* These two.

Formula: I did volunteer... give me a bit. *He took the balloons and a helium tank, loaded them into his tow truck and went off elsewhere.*

Mr. Porter: Ok then...

Marshall: I'll help with the banner, but I do wonder how the others are doing with their mission...

*While Marshall went to help out with the other stuff, a transition with Marshall's tag cut to the three on the road, pausing for a bit.*

Ryder: Chase, I suggest you get your drone up to keep up with them.

Chase: All right, Ryder. *barks.* Drone! *Chase’s truck releases a drone. It travels around the area and Chase views everything from his truck.*

Ryder: See anything yet?

Chase: Not yet... *The drone continues to travel until it spots tire tracks.* Wait, I found some tire tracks

Ryder: Which direction are they heading? *Chase adjusts the drone’s camera and it shows the tracks leading to the right.*

Chase: Looks like they're cutting through the woods to get back to Foggy Bottom.

Balloona X: Then let follow the tracks! *All three drove off to follow the tracks left behind by the cat carrier.*

Chase: It still doesn't add up to why Humdinger would even want Alex's pinata...

Balloona X: Me either. If he wants to have a piñata, he could have made one for himself

Chase: He does know there's candy or small toys in there, not gold coins, right?

Balloona X: Gold coins!? You mean he only wants it because he thought there's gold in it!? That is the dumbest... *facepalms.*

Chase: Well, either way, we need to get that piñata back.

Balloona X: Agreed.

*Meanwhile, Formula was coming back with the balloons properly inflated.*

Formula: Got it done.

Mr. Porter: Well, I'm impressed. Didn't think that helium tank would've worked on all of those.

Formula: I managed to get it done, mate.

Marshall: *Whisper to his ear* Let me guess, Drift?

Formula: *whispering* He and I came to an agreement. Although, we should talk more.

Marshall: Yeah.

Formula: Anyway... where do you want these balloons, Mr. Porter?

Mr. Porter: Put them right next to the lampposts.

Formula: You got it! *He brought the ten balloons over, tying them up next to the lampposts.* There we go, Mr. Porter

Mr. Porter: Perfect. All that's left are the streamers and someone to cheer up Alex for a bit.

Formula: Maybe I could help Alex on it, but mind we do it in the back? I have something special for his eyes only

Mr. Porter: Uh... alright. I'll go check on the cake. *He left the two pups alone.*

Marshall: Do I have to ask what your plan is?

Formula: Ryder told me about Alex and him being a fan of the Paw Patrol, so I think I should show him the real me...

Marshall: Are you sure?

Formula: Not really, but we'll find out soon enough. *He inhaled a bit, exhaling calmly to get rid of his nerves, walking over to the birthday boy.* Hello Alex, I'm Formula... mechanic pup of the Paw Patrol

Alex: Well, pleasure to meet you, Formula. They call you that because...

Formula: Not fully sure, honestly. Some say it's a formula to projects. Anyway Alex, I'm here to cheer you up while our team gets your pinata

Alex: How?

Formula: Well... it's a unique party trick, to say the least... *He smiled a bit nervously, knowing well in the back of his head his other member would jump in if he took too long.*

Alex: Party trick? Show me then.

Formula: Ok.... uh... sure thing... *He sighed quietly.* just let me back up abit...

Alex: Why?

Formula: Well me and my partner have something similar that is more unique than the other Paw Patrol members...

Alex: Which is... *He watched curiously as the dog took a few steps backwards before inflating a bit.* Huh?

Formula: Yeah... this is my... talent.

Alex: Wow! *he run to him and started to rub his bloated belly*

Formula: You're not... weirded out from this?

Alex: Why would I be weirded by this? It's awesome! Think you can get bigger and let me ride on you like a bouncing ball?

Formula: Uh... one sec.

Alex: Ok then *Formula inflated a bit more, reaching a size perfect for the time being.*

Formula: This work for ya, mate?

Alex: Cool, it perfect!

Formula: Let's bounce then. *he rolled forward a bit, so he can lay on his belly as Alex climbed on him to be on his back*

Alex: Ready to go!

Formula: Alright. *he begin bouncing around as he can as Alex enjoyed the ride*

Alex: Ya-hoo!

Formula: Enjoying the ride?

Alex: This is so fun!

Formula: Great to hear. *thinking* Huh, so this is how Balloona X feels when she uses her inflation ability for others?

Alex: So where we off to?

Formula: Technically I'm just bouncing around Adventure Bay, since I don't want your grandpa to worry about you

Alex: Fair enough...

Formula: *thinking* Do wonder how my Loony's handling her mission though...

*A transition with Formula's badge cut to Humdinger riding on his motorized cat carrier, holding the pinata while laughing.*

Mayor Humdinger: We're almost back to Foggy Bottom, kittens. Once we get back in our hideout, we'll get started to break this pinata open and collect our prize! *The kittens all have a chuckle until they heard a familiar siren.* Huh? *he look behind him*

Chase: There they are. *he barked* Megaphone! *then his megaphone pop out of his pup pack* Mayor Humdinger! Give the piñata back!

Mayor Humdinger: Not a chance, Paw Patrol

Chase: Do you even know what is in a piñata?

Mayor Humdinger: Plenty of gold coins to make me rich, that's what!

Balloona X: He's definitely not a bright mayor, is he...

Ryder: Happens a lot with him...

Balloona X: We need to block his way, I'll try to switch my vehicle to its blimp mode so I can go up ahead!

Chase: All right, but hurry up! He’s almost to his lair! *Balloona X activates her tanker’s blimp mode, and it soars past Humdinger.*

Balloona X: Setting to autopilot! *she push the button as her vehicle open up it glasses panels, as she bounce out of it. She inflates to a giant size and lands right in front of Mayor Humdinger, who brakes before he crashes into her.*

Mayor Humdinger: Oh dear

Balloona X: Give us the piñata!

Mayor Humdinger: Never! The gold is mine! *He hopped off the carrier, making a run for it, only to fall down a minor pit.* Uh, a little help?

Chase: Oh, we’ll get you out as soon as you give back the piñata.

Mayor Humdinger: Oh come on...

Balloona X: Agree and we’ll let you out.

Mayor Humdinger: Fine... *He reluctantly tossed the pinata up.* Can I get out now?

Ryder: I know who'll help you out.

*He pulled out his pup pad, scrolling over to Skye's tag and pressing it.*

Ryder: Hey Skye, got a bit of a mission for ya.

Skye: What do you need Ryder?

Ryder: We need to get Mayor Humdinger out of this hole. We need a helicopter.

Skye: This pup’s gotta fly!

*Skye’s pup tags appears and spins. A few minutes later, she comes over with her helicopter and her harness.*

Mayor Humdinger: It’s about time! Get me out of here!

Skye: *she barks* harness down! *The harness lowered from the bottom of her helicopter, lowering down to the purple-cladded mayor.*

Mayor Humdinger: Alright, that’s enough! *He buckled the harness to his chest.*

Skye: *barks* Retract! *The harness cable began retracting, pulling Humdinger out of the hole as he unbuckled the harness when back on the ground.*

Mayor Humdinger: Thanks for assisting me... for what it was worth... I’m... *grabs the piñata.* Taking my prize! *Balloona X puffs up and sits on him.*

Balloona X: What were you going to do again?

Chase: Also... do you think a pinata that's filled with gold be that light and easy to carry? *Mayor Humdinger suddenly realized his mistake. He slowly let the piñata touch the ground.*

Mayor Humdinger: That uh... would explain why it was so easy... *Balloona X get off of him as she deflated back to normal size*

Balloona X: Try to think twice

Mayor Humdinger: Dooley noted. *After loading up the pinata and changing her blimp back into its tanker mode, Balloona X and the others began heading back to Adventure Bay.*

*Later, they made it back to Mr. Porter's Cafe*

Balloona X: We're back!

Mr. Porter: Did you get the pinata back?

Balloona X: You betcha! *She pull it out of her tanker as Ryder pick it up and carrying it*

Ryder: Do need to ask... where are Alex and Formula?

Mr. Porter: He said something about showing Alex something. I'd assume he has a magic trick or something for the party...

Ryder: I think it's something else, Mr. Porter.

Mr. Porter: What else can... *Formula bounces in with Alex laughing on his back.* Whoa!?

Alex: Grandpa! Formula's just like Balloona X! It's awesome!

Balloona X: Formy?! *She hopped out of her truck, looking at the giant lab-loon.* You actually did this yourself?!

Formula: The kid had his piñata stolen. I had to cheer him up.

Alex: Best ride ever!

Balloona X: Aw, you're too sweet, Formy!

Formula: Just helping a kid on his birthday. Speaking of help, you got the piñata?

Ryder: Yep, got it right here *He gives the piñata to Mr. Porter.*

Mr. Porter: Thank you, Paw Patrol

Ryder: No problem, Mr. Porter. Whenever you're in trouble, just yelp for help!

Balloona X: Or if your party needs some help, give me or my playful job stealing mechanic a ring! *She got on her hind legs, licking Formula's cheek.*

Alex: Ew! Get a room!

Mr Porter: Alex!

Alex: Sorry. But now that we got my pinata back, we're ready to begin my party

Ryder: Right!

*The Paw Patrol badge appears, spins around and transitions to a blindfolded Alex with a stick in his hands.*

Formula: So... what did you guys put in the pinata?

Mr. Porter: Some toys and a few full-sized candy bars. Even Alex did add something for you pups, as well

Balloona X: Oh, what did he add?!

Rubble: Oh, I can't wait!

*Alex cracked the pinata open, sending a flurry of small toys, candies, and pup treats onto the ground.*

All Pups: Pup treats?!

Alex: *removing his blindfold.* You guys saved my party! It's the least we can do.

Ryder: Well, they have been good pups today.... so go right ahead, pups *The pups eagerly run to the treats and begin eating.*

Balloona X: Gee Form... I don't see you eat like that unless I put you in your fourth default.

Formula: I had to bounce the birthday boy around the town for an hour or so, it builds up an appetite!

Balloona X: Better be careful though, cause... *She looked over, seeing Rubble resting back already with a slightly pudgier belly.* You may be turning into the lab version of Rubble.

Formula: I guess you should make a default called "Formubble"

Balloona X: Don't tempt me... *She giggled, nuzzling her head against his.*

Marshall: Well, I don't know what's a bigger surprise...

Formula: What?

Marshall: You willingly blowing yourself up without Loony's help, or the fact these delicious treats were in the pinata as well! *As he tossed a treat up with his nose, he stepped back to catch it, only to slip on a little fire truck toy that was in the pinata. Luckily, the treat landed in his mouth.* Got it!

*All of the pups shared a laugh as the party continued on.*
