In the universe of Hayven Celestia, there exists a race known as meeri. They are small, otter-like creatures that Rick hasn't made a proper description for, but you can see them in this picture which compares the scale of the different HC races. (You will need to log into dA to see it. It isn't on e6 as far as I can tell.)
At any rate, when I first saw them (and the fact the first one was green), I knew Pickles had to do his own cosplay! No matter how offensive it came off!
(Yeah, if it isn't clear, the meeri is winding up a punch.)
They're small space otters without ears, but with antenae-styled feelers. They communicate entirely through electrical impulses by touching antenae. Also, they can deliver an annoying little zap with them if the species isn't made to handle the voltage like they are.
