"Unintelliglubble"
Blubby used to be pretty terrible at talking underwater; the sound of the bubbles would entirely block out whatever he tried to say. He just accepted it for a long time, but one day he found a toucan offering bubbletalking lessons at a pool, and decided to at least give a shot at learning. Going under with them, he was shocked to hear them speak with almost no distortion at all! After the toucan admitted they didn't think anyone would take them up on the offer, the lesson began, and Blubby was much more confident about his chances than before. If a bird could get it down, so could he!
