Chapter 5.
Due to the series of inconvenience, the incident between Poppy and Violette and Pimpernelle and Emile, Pimpernelle swearing Periwinkle’s entire family off after being accused for theft without proof and witnessing Poppy and Emile picking a fight with each other out of anger and hatred, Poppy lashing out his anger verbally on his brother Periwinkle and Zinnia, Poppy lashing out his anger on his father Bramble both verbally and physically which included kicking him in the crotch, Papilio and his family breaking ties with the Bellflower Family due to Poppy’s behavior, people across Blueberry Hill acting foul and bad-tempered, as well as other problems, Periwinkle decided to head to a big sci-fi-looking temple in a forest to take his mind off the series of issues. He began packing his clothes, a few food supplies, a few medical supplies, his cell phone, as well as a rosary and bible as well. After packing his stuff, Periwinkle began to head to the temple, before he begin to leave, he placed a note on his bed written on where he was going. Before Periwinkle could leave his room, Dandelion walked up to him and spoke up. “Bubby?” asked Dandelion “Where are you going?”, “I’m going to the forest temple.” Said Periwinkle “It is near the border between Blueberry Hill and Kalikomos, one of the neighboring settlements and one of the colonies inhabited by us extraterrestrial rabbits. I have to head there to not only take my mind off the series of inconveniences and issues that happened today, but also to pray to our god, God the Father also known as the Almighty and the Almighty God. I need to make a special prayer for my safety and for a successful attempt of protecting both me and my entire family, including Pimpernelle, Tony, Austin and his little sister Ruka, Lilli and our friend from the Gomolte Zaibatsu, Anthony. I can’t move forward if I’m traumatized silently by those unfortunate events, as well as the disappearance of the chocolates and sweets that were supposed to be delivered to the small sacred house. In order to take my mind off the issues as well as Poppy’s anger issues and madness, I have to go to the temple alone.”, “But bubby, Daddy won’t let you. Not ever.” Said Dandelion “He’ll prevent you from going just like that. Even if you left, I’ll end up being worried and worse of all, I’ll end up crying in concern and fear.”, “Don’t worry, Dandelion.” Said Periwinkle “It’s only for some time. But still my brother, I promise I’ll be back for you and my family once I’m done here at the temple, but still, it’s survival of the fittest.”, “OK, bubby.” Said Dandelion as tears slowly fell from his eyes “I think I understand.”, then he hugged Periwinkle and Periwinkle said goodbye to his little brother. Before he left, he heard something, then he walked up to the door that leads to his older brother Poppy’s room and overheard the conversation between him and both Violette and Mistletoe. He not only heard Violette and Mistletoe scolding Poppy for what he said to both Periwinkle and their father, but also talking about their next move. “What the hell were you thinking, bro?!” snapped Mistletoe “You lashed out your anger on both Periwinkle and Dad?! Do you think it is some joke? Huh?!”, “No, Mistletoe, it isn’t.” said Poppy “After Dad had us grounded for 2 whole weeks for damaging ties between Pimpernelle’s family and ours, I snapped at Periwinkle and called him a failure, and I also said to him that I’m never speaking to him and our father again.”, “Are you an idiot?!” snapped Violette “Refusing to ever speak to Daddy again is stupid! You hear me?! And saying you’re severing ties with Periwinkle and ever refusing to speak to him again is also idiotic and misplaced! What are you, a complete dumb maniac who lacks any sense of responsibility?! You’re such a damn idiot, Poppy!”, “Shut up! Don’t you know I’m in an extremely bad mood because of the theft and of course the hell I had today?! I never wanted to experience that, and I’m done with Periwinkle, my stupid father, Pimpernelle and her idiot bad-tempered family, as well as everyone who criticized me for this!”, “Get ahold of yourself, Dude!” snapped Mistletoe “We understand the situation you’re in, but you lack the dignity inside ya heart, ya hear us? Didn’t Dad and Aunt Zinnia told you to get a complete hold of yourself, and didn’t Mom told you to stop being a bad-tempered nutcase? Well?”, “Yeah, what about it, Mistletoe?!” said Poppy “I always hated this, I hate those stupid people, including my damn brother Periwinkle! Everyone in this town and this family are getting on my nerves and they’re driving nuts in a violent and furious manner! Everyone in Blueberry Hill are a bunch of idiots! Even I’m surrounded by a horde of damn insane idiots!”, “You’re stupid and stubborn, Poppy!” snapped Violette as she slapped Poppy in the face to bring some sense to him “We know how you feel about this day becoming horrid, foul, dumb and madly chaotic, but that doesn’t give you the right to complain or say nasty remarks in an angry manner! Someone should put you into a mental hospital if this keeps up! Don’t you understand, you idiot?!”, Poppy sighed, “Sorry.” Said Poppy “It isn’t just because of what I’ve experience today, but also the bad blood between me and Emile, as well as being criticized by both our father and our brother Periwinkle. Dad and Periwinkle had the right to scold me for my attitude and my anger issues, but I’m never speaking to them again, not to everyone else as well, including Pimpernelle and her family. Like I said before, I’m surrounded by a horde of idiots.”, “Well, bro.” said Mistletoe sternly while remaining calm “If you totally had took issues with your life and what happened today, you could’ve discussed this with Dad, Aunt Zinnia or a therapist, surely it’ll work out.”, “I would’ve done that.” Said Poppy “But any chance of discussion would likely be drowned out by their possible stubbornness and lack of full understanding.”, “Yeah, but I don’t think that’s ever the case, Poppy.” Said Violette “If you only discussed this with Daddy, I’m sure he’ll listen, and so will some therapists.”, “We know how you feel, bro.” said Mistletoe “But still, we must set things right, OK?”, “OK, fine, Mistletoe.” Said Poppy “The only thing we could do is to find the culprit responsible for the theft of the chocolates and sweets by following the footprints next to the small sacred house. And I know what to do.”, “How?” asked Violette, “At midnight, we’ll follow the footprints on the scene of the theft, then we’ll stop at the spot where the footprints end.” Said Poppy “Then at morning, we’ll head inside the spot where the culprit is, then give him a good painful lesson.”, “We don’t want that to be murder bro.” said Mistletoe “If I were you, I would be a hell lot concerned of being at risk of being sent to juvenile hall for this.”, “It won’t be murder this time.” Said Poppy “But we have to be prepared for the worse.”, “I agree with you, Poppy.” Said Violette “But we better not let Daddy know of this, but we can send in a note to inform him where we are going.”, “Yeah, I agree.” Said Mistletoe “Despite two of you still being punished, we can sneak out, OK?”, “Got it.” Said Poppy “We know what to do.”. Periwinkle was worried, he had a bad feeling about this, “Something tells me someone is gonna die if they do something reckless.” Said Periwinkle, then he left the house without getting spotted by his father or aunt. Periwinkle had a sinking feeling that Poppy’s karma is likely going to not only had someone dead, but also have Poppy in severe trouble.
Next morning, Bramble went to check on his children, when he got to their rooms he saw that they weren’t there, and he even saw notes on their perspective beds. Yet he was relieved that Dandelion was still here. “I don’t know what the hell my children were thinking.” Said Bramble “Somebody should do something about this.”, “Bramble.” Said Zinnia as she walked up to her younger brother “I’ve tried calling to your children, but they weren’t coming for breakfast.”, “It’s because they left the house and left notes here on their beds.” Said Bramble “Poppy and Violette were supposed to be grounded, but they along with 2 others left their home behind my back. I’ll read Periwinkle’s note first, then the other notes.”, “Seriously?” said Zinnia, “Yes, I’m sure.” Said Bramble. Bramble read Periwinkle’s note first, then the notes written by Poppy, Violette and Mistletoe. Bramble was outraged that Poppy and Violette left the house at midnight due to them supposedly grounded, he was also outraged that Mistletoe left the house with the two siblings, and also he was not only angry with Periwinkle for leaving the house for the temple in the forest but also worried for his life. “I don’t know what my son is thinking, but what he did was an idiotic mistake.” Said Bramble “He won’t easily survive that trip to the temple near the border between Blueberry Hill and Kalikomos at his current age. Besides, he going to experience too much hell just like that.”, “Daddy…” said Dandelion as he heard everything “Do you think it is OK to go after big bubby Periwinkle? Something tells me it is a very bad idea due to him witnessing incidents caused by a curse of bad luck when seeing something divine.”, Bramble gasped in shock when he heard that, he Dandelion was shocked too when he saw the looks of his father’s face when he heard what he said, then he covered his mouth and said “Oh my.”, he was about to run off when his father grabbed him. “What the hell are you saying?!” asked Bramble angrily “Tell me, Dandelion, I demand an explanation of why would you say such absurd things!”, Dandelion freaked out and yelled, “Daddy! You don’t understand!” yelled Dandelion in horror “A curse of bad luck is on me! It’s because we’ve spotted him, the big divine white rabbit! It probably affected big bubby Periwinkle and our family too!”, “What are you saying?!” yelled Bramble out with it, “Both big bubby Periwinkle and I saw something which happens to be a big divine white rabbit!” sobbed Dandelion frantically “It not only cursed us, but also endangered us. This results in big bubby Poppy lashing out his anger on everyone including you Daddy, Auntie Zinnia, Big Bubby Periwinkle, Emile and Pimpernelle; Big Bubby Poppy and Big Sissy Violette accusing Pimpernelle for a theft without proof; Big Bubby Poppy and Emile picking a fight with each other out of anger and hatred; Pimpernelle saying she doesn’t like all of us no more after witnessing Poppy and Emile fighting each other; Poppy yelling at Big Bubby Periwinkle as well as saying he is never speaking to him again; Poppy insulting Auntie Zinnia which resulted him getting slapped in the face; Poppy kicking you Daddy in the crotch; people across Blueberry Hill having extremely foul anger issues; Mister Papilio swearing all of us off except for Periwinkle; Pimpernelle swearing off all of us except Periwinkle even more; Poppy hating you entirely and hating Big Bubby Periwinkle even more; and a lot other issues. All of this is too much! All of this is too much Daddy!”, Bramble was worried, although he knew there’s no link between the big divine white rabbit and the series of inconvenience happening in Blueberry Hill, but he had a strange feeling whoever caused all of this inconvenience may have an answer to those problems. “Dandelion, dear child.” Said Zinnia “There’s no link between the bad luck that has been recently happening at our home and all of Blueberry Hill and a mystical divine white rabbit.”, “Unless something else caused all of this.” Said Bramble “I have feeling someone might stole the chocolates and sweets from the small sacred house may have resulted in those inconvenient issues and of course the people of Blueberry Hill acting outrageous, foul and bad-tempered. Something odd must have happened, yet I need to find my son Periwinkle and have an explanation about all of this.”, “I think you’re being delusional too, Bramble.” Said Zinnia “It’s nothing supernatural or unholy about…”, “I know that there’s no link between the big divine white rabbit and the series of inconvenience happening in Blueberry Hill.” Said Bramble “But still, there’s something superstitious and unholy going on here. I even had a bad feeling Periwinkle will be in danger, and so does Poppy and the others. I’ll come after Periwinkle first, then we’ll get after Poppy and the others.”, then Bramble rushed out of the manor and began to look for his son Periwinkle, while Zinnia and Dandelion watch him leave with worry. Witnessing this was Infin Laimarstov and two other male youths, they have seen what was going on. “Something tells me, Periwinkle isn’t going to knock himself to bits.” Said Infin “But Poppy will.”.
