Blood-Bellflower: A Bellflower Bunnies Tale.
Chapter 1.
A long time ago, in 1950 on planet Earth, an ancient race of extraterrestrial beasts called the Sentient Rabbits have planted 6 colonies across Europe and North America. Those Sentient Rabbits came from one of the magical dimensions called the Omega Dimension, which is neighboring next to the Alpha Dimension, Beta Dimension, Delta Dimension and the galaxy where Earth resides. Those extraterrestrial rabbits have planted 6 colonies each across Earth, 4 in Europe and 2 in North America. One colony was settled in the England Region of the United Kingdom, the second colony was settled in Italy, the third colony was settled in Poland, the fourth colony was settled in France, the fifth colony was settled in Pennsylvania of the USA, and the sixth colony was settled in Ontario, Canada. There were 8 types of sentient rabbits, Erect, Lop, Asian-Erect, Asian-Lop, Angora-Erect, Angora-Lop, Albino-Erect and Albino-Lop. Regular Erects and Lops are rabbits they vary in many fur colors, eye colors and hair colors. Asian Erects and Lops are similar to regular erects and lops, but the only difference is that their eyes are black with white irises, and they have commonly long hair. Angora Erects and Lops have white, grey and pale fur as well as longer ears and red and orange eyes with black seemingly emotionless irises, and some of them can withstand warm climates despite the fact their fur are usually made for cold climates that are autumn-themed or winter-themed. Albino Erects and Lops are purely white rabbits with irises in shades of red or pink, they have known for their practice in both combat and religion, they are also honorable and are known to be bearer of luck either good or bad. The Sentient Rabbits like humans not only speak the languages of humans, but they also have five fingers on each hand, and are fully dressed. Like regular rabbits of planet Earth, they have strong hearing, skilled running abilities, a buck-tooth hidden in their mouths and noses that either red or pink. Yet all rabbits have strong hearts and purely white cotton tails. Because of the fact they always wear clothes like humans do, they wear tops, bottoms such as pants or shorts, underwear hidden underneath their bottom clothes, and footwear such as sandals, shoes or boots. Some rabbits wear gloves and waistbelts with buckles as part of their outfits, while few rabbits wear headwear such as caps, bandanas, fedoras, beanies, Newsboy hats, Cowboy hats, Pioneer Tricorne hats, Winter hats or kasa hats. Even a few rabbits wear bracelets and jewel necklaces as common accessories to be part of their outfits. Rabbits have many professionals as commoners and upper-class people, they can be mercenaries, bounty hunters, smugglers, soldiers, assassins, enforcers, firefighters, paramedics, castle knights, myrmidons, soldiers, troopers, warriors, martial artists, wild west-esque rangers, merchants, businesspeople, Interpol operatives, Pegasus Horse riders, Horse riders, Kinshi tamers, farmers, ranchers, construction workers, harbour workers, sailors, miners, gladiators, bishops, ninjas, warlords, royal adventurers, hospital workers, scientists, pilots, locomotive drivers, railway conductors, post workers and actors that either specialize in live-action or voice-acting. Rabbits born with magic and god-like abilities can be alchemists, mages, sages, witches, wizards, mystic strategists, psychics, mystic minstrels, shamans, firebreathers, icebenders and aura wielders. Many rabbits who have status and ranks higher than commoners, middle-class people and upper-class people happen to be nobles. They can be barons, baronesses, viscounts, viscountesses, counts, countesses, margraves, dukes, duchesses, archdukes, archduchesses, kings, queens, emperors, empresses, princes and princesses. Yet the nobles who have high authority of their countries are the kings, queens, emperors, empresses and their children who are princes and princesses. However, there are other professionals of low-class civilians who can be unlighted and disgruntled. They can be gangsters, burglars, killers, arsonists, vandals, crime lords, slavers, poachers, rustlers, terrorists and of course counterfeiters. They work for corrupt commerce organizations and dangerous crime syndicates such as The Corporate Alliance, the Black Sun, the White Maw and the infamous and huge syndicate Foxhell which is currently hidden from public. The Corporate Alliance is known to be half-legal group and an extremely corrupt commerce guild that causes somewhat unfair business actions and insane kidnappings and terrorism which they made sure its mildly legal but treacherous, and they are willing to avoid arrest and occupation from authorities with help from their allies including corrupt nobles and black-market merchants. The Black Sun syndicate and the White Maw syndicate are crime syndicates known for piracy, kidnappings, vandalisms, burglaries and poaching, and yet they sometimes have help from corrupt commerce guilds such as the Corporate Alliance. Each chapter of the Corporate Alliance is run by a Kingpin, while the whole Corporate Alliance is run by the Head Magistrate. Also, each chapter of the Black Sun syndicate and White Maw syndicate is run by a Kommissar, while the crime syndicates are run by the Grandmasters. However, the sentient rabbits weren’t the only ones who formed colonies on Earth, but also extraterrestrial badgers, foxes, bank voles, echidnas, hedgehogs, porcupines, bears, wolves, lynxes, wolverines, ferrets, Tasmanian Devils, skunks, platypuses, gorillas, tigers, ocelots, fennecs, gerbils and mammoths. Like the sentient rabbits, they too settled on United Kingdom, France, Italy, Poland, Canada and USA. Even two near-human races settled on Earth, they are called Mirialans and Chiss. Mirialans are pure-hearted and honorable near-humans with green or yellow skin with facial geometrical tattoos on their faces and limbs, they are born with magic and they are not only honorable warriors, but also extremely religious people who worship God the Father and the divine spirits. Chiss are ambitious and strong-spirited near-humans with skin color that vary in many shades of blue and red eyes. They even have hair color in shades of blue, white, black, grey, purple and pink. Not to mention some of them are magic-born while some aren’t. They are considered to be superior and powerful, yet remain vain, somewhat arrogant and barely mild-mannered, yet some of them are good hearted and remain faithful to God the Father and the divine spirits. Also, there is a bird-like race that resembles sparrows, quails and swallows called Sparranorts, they are a good-mannered, strong-hearted and territorial race who are somewhat protective of each other, as well as easily-provoked beings. They had formed colonies in United Kingdom, Italy and Canada, but not in France, Poland and USA. However, the Sparranorts speak in many European accents, and yet the common European accents they have were British, Italian, Russian and Turkish. It is somehow odd that those races who colonized on Earth have yet to interact with human beings, this is due to strong preparation and gradually powerful artifacts they have gathered across not only from the planets they gathered, but also artifacts they were trying to prevent dark forces from using it, which included an unholy weapon called Elixemgulat, a legendary sword and a devourer of souls both good and wicked. That sword was infused by unholy magic, which was bad enough to not only kill anyone, but also drive the wielder mad with too much power. This sword was created by near-humans called the Sithbloods, known as Sith Purebloods, as something to outsmart and barely surpass divine beings in a bad manner. Someone once used Elixemgulat to let out a bloody reign of chaos killing those without prejudice or jurisdiction. However, he was killed and eventually undone by divine and honorable warriors who are demi-gods. The sword was hidden in the vaults of forbidden arts; however someone stolen and hid it in an empty cavern where they are planning to use someone desperate and stupid enough to get their hands on the sword to create chaos. Many prophets who are sentient rabbits had predicted that something like this would create a huge catalyst of chaos and bloodshed across Earth. They even knew someday a product of rampant evil and bewitching called the Dark Miasma will soon come if the unholy sword Elixemgulat is used. Yet they also know a divine sword called Excalibur will soon be brought from the temple of the United Kingdom to combat against wicked forces and those who madly use Elixemgulat. But this will soon happen when a young rabbit boy named Periwinkle Bellflower will soon come to prevent the chaos from getting worse. And this story begins here in a place called Blueberry Hill, a large town which is part of the colony in Ontario, Canada.
Living in a town called Blueberry Hill, there is a family called the Bellflower Family, the father of the Family is Bramble Bellflower, while the mother of the Family is Isabella Bellflower. Bramble is an erect rabbit with brown hair. His outfit consists of a red short-sleeved shirt with a crimson collar and blue buttons, blue demin jeans, white miner gloves, a black waistbelt with a gold buckle and orcein knee-high boots with dark brown straps with silver buckles and grey soles. Isabella is an erect rabbit with blonde hair. Her outfit consists of a blue and teal royalty outfit, white gloves, a dark brown waistbelt with a white buckle and white boots with light grey soles. They have 5 children, their names are Poppy, Violette, Mistletoe, Periwinkle and Dandelion. Poppy, the eldest and most brilliant of the siblings; Violette and Mistletoe, twins with unique personalities and faces nearly identical to their parents; Periwinkle, the purehearted, kind and loyal boy; and Dandelion, the youngest and bubbly of the siblings with a toddler-like persona and small shred of intelligence. Poppy’s outfit consists of blue glasses, american yellow sleeveless shirt with a V-neck, a dark blue jacket, bright navy blue jeans with side pockets, a black belt around the waist with a silver buckle, dim gray miner gloves and black knee-high wellington boots with sky blue soles. Violette’s outfit consists of a yellow headband, a yellow mini-dress, maximum blue fingerless gloves, a white obi around the waist, an iris waistbelt with a gold buckle ontop of the obi, blueberry checkered tights and blue knee-high boots with hot pink laces. Mistletoe’s outfit consists of a pink and magenta cap with a blue M-letter in the front, blue fingerless gloves, a magenta short-sleeved jumpsuit, a purple custom-made tank top jersey on top of his jumpsuit, a liver brown belt around the waist with a golden buckle and navy blue knee-high boots with cyan laces, grey music note symbols and crimson soles. Periwinkle’s outfit consists of a vermillion bandana around his head with his name written on the center, a cerulean T-shirt with a picture of a carrot on the front, blue-green pants with golden-yellow vertical lines on each side, brown miner gloves, a brown belt around the waist with a gold buckle on the front, and sky blue sneakers with navy blue laces and lining. Dandelion’s outfit consists of a flax jumpsuit with a picture of a carrot in the front, deep lilac gloves with cyan sock-like cuffs, an imperial blue jacket with golden buttons, a brown waistbelt with a silver buckle on the front, and red and white sneakers. Periwinkle has god-like sorcery and a heart devoid of evil and darkness like his mother, Isabella, and has a strong will and a huge faith in mortalkind like his father, Bramble. When Periwinkle was 8 years old, his powers were awakened which led to some unusual and hazardous results. Thankfully, Periwinkle was taken to a monastery in Anodamian Mach, where he learns to how to control his abilities with help from his mother and the archbishop and her high-ranking associates. Then at the age of 9, Periwinkle and his family were attacked by Foxhell when they tried to hunt him and his family down due to his presence and his mother’s presence. Isabella then gave her life to protect Periwinkle and his family by confronting the current leader of Foxhell, Thalez Del Moriartagoz, a human man who is a demon incarnate and master of all evil, he is also a descendant of one of Foxhell’s founders and carries the essence of Belphegor, the demon lord of destruction and greed. After Isabella’s death, the family was traumatized with her death, even Periwinkle was hit hard upon his mother’s death. Ever since that day, Periwinkle chose the path of honor and salvation as his mother once was, and decides to become strong and brave like his parents, and vows to keep on supporting his father and siblings. At the month of March, the Bellflower Family had moved from their previous home Remireburg to Blueberry Hill due to reasons. The first reason is due to their home being too small for their family, the second reason is due to Bramble being transferred to work, and the third reason is that the family had to reboot their lives after the death of Isabella. Thankfully, Bramble’s older sister Zinnia had begun helping the Bellflower Family to handle their lives easily with help from her fiancée Bervetos, a professor at a university and a member of Blueberry Hill’s research union. Also, upon living in Blueberry Hill, Periwinkle and his siblings befriended Pimpernelle, a young rabbit girl who is the daughter of Bramble’s childhood friends Papilio and Flora; Lilli, a tomboyish rabbit girl who is the daughter of Bramble’s childhood friends Gunther and Agathe; Tony, a young rabbit boy with a feisty yet confident and supportive attitude; Sylvester, a youthful Angora rabbit boy who lives with his parents and five younger siblings; Pammy, a studious and supportive rabbit girl who lives with her younger brother and 3 step-siblings, as well as her mother and step-father; Gamba, a lop rabbit girl who lives at the scrap-dealing lot with her parents, maternal grandfather and siblings; Keaton and Skye, two lop rabbit siblings with friendly yet polar opposite personalities; Gina, a lop rabbit girl with a peppy and tomboyish attitude and a strong sense of dignity; Mauro, a young rabbit male who is Keaton’s best friend and close companion; Norbert, one of Pammy’s step-siblings who is kind, friendly and loving; Nadia and Limaberta, two sisters with good personas and strong sense of compassion who are daughters of a company owner; Austin, a teenage erect rabbit boy who is from a powerful and wealthy bloodline that is supportive of other common civilians; Ruka, Austin’s younger sister and a kind-hearted girl who spends time with Austin; Anthony, a British rabbit boy from a another wealthy family, he is friends with Austin and his family, and he is also the son of Nigel and Phylissa, Bramble’s childhood friends since high school; Romeo, a young rabbit boy who rarely speaks verbal languages due to him being a boy with a few words, and mostly communicates with sign language; Manuka, a teenage rabbit girl who is a pop star, melodic rock singer, actress and model; Kaichi, a teenage rabbit boy who is a hard rock singer, pop star, rock musician, actor, martial artist pro and basketball player, and he is also a good friend to Manuka; Gaius and Frisky, two Angora rabbit brothers who live with their parents and their tribe at a cold-climate part of Blueberry Hill; Skyler, Gina’s older brother; Lana and Vinebaldo, the younger siblings of Skyler and Gina; and finally Bruce, a young rabbit male who is known to be a male counterpart of Pimpernelle. Those youths were good-hearted people, and the Bellflower Siblings always interacted with them, they had a wonderful time, but still, despite the friendships they had with the youths, everything in Blueberry Hill is about to change along with many parts of Earth they live in.
It was May 6th 2022, Periwinkle and his siblings came back from their school which is a mixture of Primary School and High School (A School consisting of Kindergarten and Grades 1-12 which is quite rare and unique) called Caloristus Gallagher Public Grand School, and they were told about something that will happen during the first week of May, a three-day event called the Mid-Spring Bloom Eve, one in which Divine Spirits and Beings come and give sweets to youths and their families by placing them in small sacred houses crafted by cardinals of the Order of Seiros, a religious order devoted to support and serve God the Father and many divine spirits. Yet many people find that religious order difficult to get along recently due to reasons. Upon seeing the small house, one which was crafted by Bramble rather than cardinals of the Order of Seiros, the Bellflower siblings were delighted, even Periwinkle was delighted yet he had an uneasy about the small house. “You’re saying this house was crafted by you?” asked Periwinkle “That’s quite rare to craft something like this when you’re not a cardinal.”, “Your mother taught me how to make it.” Said Bramble “While I was living at the monastery in Anodamian Mach with my 5 other siblings including my older sister Zinnia, your mother Isabella taught me how to craft objects that are divine and powerful. I believe this small sacred house can be used to lure the spirits here and place sweets including chocolate into that thing.”, “I understand.” Said Periwinkle “But something tells me, that house is likely going to attract unusual attention and of course, something unearthly.”, “Don’t worry about it, son.” Said Bramble “I assure you, nothing bad will happen.”, Periwinkle smiled but still has an uneasy feeling. After dinner, he went outside for a breather hoping to find out if there is any answer to what will happen next.
Periwinkle was at a park watching the sunset, he also thinking about not only the small sacred house, but also visions he saw in his dreams within the past 2 months. Periwinkle had been receiving visions of what is going to happen in the future, he had saw a vision of a demonic force who wants to throw Earth into chaos with support from the zealots tainted and driven violent by its madness, he also had a vision of what is going to happen to his family and his friends, he also had a vision of a violent zombie outbreak caused by the dark miasma, he also had a vision of what would happen to the humans as well as the extraterrestrial colonists who lived here, and he also had a vision of what will be the planet’s fate. Periwinkle did receive those visions whenever he was sleeping, yet he was planning on discussing it with two of his friends he was close with, Pimpernelle and Austin, as well as his younger brother Dandelion. Then Pimpernelle, Periwinkle’s friend, arrived. She was surprised to see him at the park like this. Pimpernelle is a pale-furred rabbit girl, her outfit consists of a Pink Tank Top with Light Pink linning and two hot pink flowers, Light Blue Shorts, Pink Miner Glovers, Two Vintage Pink Bands on her left ear, and two vintage pink bands on her right ear, a Black waistbelt with a gold buckle on the front, grey purple tights, and French Violet Boots with Fuchsia Laces and slate blue soles. She lives with her parents Papilio and Flora, and her infant sister, Azara. Pimpernelle is the same age as Periwinkle, and she was close to him ever since he moved to Blueberry Hill, just like how Austin and Ruka were close to him ever since Periwinkle moved to Blueberry Hill. “You’re here.” Said Periwinkle “What brings you here?”, “Nothing at all.” Said Pimpernelle “Except for the fact I was trying to take my mind off something I had last night.”, “Was it a dream?” asked Periwinkle, “Not just a dream.” Said Pimpernelle “A vision of something terrifying that will soon happen to not only our civilization, but also every beast civilization along with the human civilization and the Mirialan and Chiss civilizations. I saw a vision of something that is well… Difficult to explain.”, “Care to explain?” asked Periwinkle, “I did see something demonic and stressful.” Said Pimpernelle “It is not only something that is a demon will fell god powers, but also a violent zombie outbreak and our planet consumed by darkness, literally.”, “What could that be?” asked Periwinkle, “I don’t know.” Said Pimpernelle “The demon with dangerous abilities that had powers identical to god-like sorcery but more vile and destructive, also had a nasty appearance, something goat or ram-like yet vicious and purely demonic. He was also muscular and had red reptilian eyes, and has five fingers on each hand, not to mention he has large wings too, but bat-like, yet the wings are attached to the back instead of the arms. Also I saw that the zombie outbreak is caused by something black and misty in a visible manner, and those infected by that black visible mist end up becoming undead within 10 seconds, also those killed by those lethally infected and reconstructed by that black mist will end up being reconstructed into undead within 10 seconds. I even saw something that resembles a black hole and that it was that of a black glowing sphere with a destructive aura and it can suck up anything into it, yet it wouldn’t kill those who have become undead and demonic. I don’t know what it means, but something tells me it was something that won’t bold well of all of us.”, “I had that vision too.” Said Periwinkle “That vision tells me that a dark force is at work, and it must be stopped before that planet is brought to ruin in a gruesome manner. Something tells me that when madness takes a deity with god-like abilities, mortalkind is lost. And where deities meet ruin, mortalkind end up dead too in any negative way. That is the plight our planet now faces, just like what happened to other planets such as Hosnian Prime, Alderaan and Dominocos. My mother told me similar things happened to not only those planets, but also other civilizations on that planet. The galaxy we live in, along with the Omega, Alpha, Beta and Delta Dimensions will soon suffer the same way like that planet if this chaos doesn’t stop. But we hadn’t found an answer.”, “But we all know nothing about the whole thing, just some of it.” Said Pimpernelle “Anything that may that would solve a problem won’t truly solve a problem or make anyone feel good. My mother’s sister had felt something like that long ago which resulted her in suicide. My maternal grandmother and grandfather made an idiotic decision into doing an abortion which was something that was never truly the right thing. My mother’s sister tried to prevent this, but her parents didn’t understand it completely nor did they took the words properly for it.”, “Why?” asked Periwinkle, “It is because of the blind misunderstanding.” Said Pimpernelle “The parents thought it was another abortion they were talking about, without realizing the fact the actual abortion she was talking about was something that was currently in the mother’s womb, my maternal grandmother’s womb. Sadly, they did caused the abortion, which result in my mother’s sister committing suicide. They understand why at first, but when the parents figured out what really did happen, they regretted doing the abortion. Depressed on what happened, my maternal grandmother committed suicide by having a stroke out of depression and chose to die instantly. Her husband guilt-ridden of his decision of doing an abortion resulted in the suicide of one of his daughters and his wife. He knew whatever caused it wasn’t my mother’s fault, but three people. Not only your father’s older brother who was the eldest of the siblings, but also your late grandfather Theo, but also a ringleader of a group of bounty hunters that resulted in this fiasco. That’s what tragically happened.”, “Yeah.” Said Periwinkle “My father had 13 siblings. 5 of them were older than him, while the rest were younger than him. Their names are Romafried, Zinnia, Verde, Leobert, Alofimea, Raya, Larvedio, Raftenus, Teyla, Likoko, Yodon, Ahabelia and Huemand. Romafried and Zinnia are twins who are the eldest, while Raftenus and Teyla are twins too. However, things became complicated when Romafriend, my father’s eldest brother went mad by dark miasma for a dreadful yet unknown reason which killed my paternal grandparents and the majority of his siblings. My father along with his siblings Zinnia, Leobert, Likoko, Yodon and Huemand survived, but the others, Verde, Alofimea, Larvedio, Raftenus, Teyla and Ahabelia, they like their parents perished. The dark miasma also drove your maternal grandfather mad, did he?”, “Yeah.” Said Pimpernelle “Which also resulted in the death of the majority of my family. My mother had 13 sisters. Their names are Lori, Lynn, Liza, Leona, Clarice, Prudence, Beatrice, Yasmina, Felicia, Ruth, Amanda, Patricia and Hodera. 6 of them are older than my mother, while the rest were younger than her. Beatrice committed suicide after my father idiotically and stubbornly gave his wife an abortion thinking it would solve her problem, but it never did, in which he regretted, which also result in his wife committing suicide. Because of his grief, guilt, anger, sorrow and of course the dark miasma combined, he became a demonic beast with zombie-like elements, and killed the majority of her family, leaving my mother Flora and her 3 sisters Lori, Patricia and would’ve been second-youngest sister Hodera as the only survivors of this attack which was also part of a disastrous incident that took the lives of the majority of your father’s family. That incident not only took the lives of the majority of your father’s family, as well as my mother’s family, but also the majority of my father’s family. My father had parents and 13 brothers. His brothers’ names are Logan, Lars, Leven, Linhardt, Charles, Paxton, Bertram, Yashodas, Fernando, Rupert, Gula, Eeban and Clive. However, due to that incident which took the majority of our perspective families’ lives, it took the lives of my paternal grandfather along with the majority of his sons, leaving my paternal grandmother and my father and his 3 brothers Leven, Eeban and Clive are the only survivors of this attack.”, “Even almost my mother’s entire family died in that attack. My mother Isabella along with her younger sister Morgana survived while her father Simon and her mother as well as her 2 older brothers, 1 older sister, 3 younger brothers and 1 other younger sister perished.” Said Periwinkle “There wasn’t a known reason for that yet, but my father knows the truth behind this. Also my parents had a feeling that the signs of mortalkind being wiped out along with everything good was connected to what had happened long ago, and yet I wished I could find an answer to that.”, “I agree with you, Periwinkle.” Said Pimpernelle, “And so do I.” said a voice, it belongs to Austin Cleanheart, Periwinkle’s best friend and most trustful companion. Austin is a grey-furred erect rabbit with blue long hair. His outfit consists of a maximum blue tank top, blue denim jeans, a kenyan copper belt with a golden buckle in the front around his waist, crimson gloves with light grey spots on each of the cuffs as while as brown straps with small round buckles, tangerine sports tape wrapped around his lower forearms and two pale orange boots with cabet blue straps and a silver buckle on each strap and forest green soles. “Hello, Periwinkle.” Said Austin “I see you’re having a conversation with Pimpernelle.”, “How did you hear?” asked Periwinkle, “Everything.” Said Austin “My family had been seeing the signs of a fell god aka demon lord’s growing madness and knew it for a harbinger of ruin towards Earth, just like what happened to Alderaan and the other planets. I have been researching unusual and supernatural activity regarding the dark miasma. When I discovered something, it was an unholy artifact called Elixemgulat which was first used by a man who was once called the Champion of Liberation, a man by the name Nemiavand Del Cravantez. He had been disgruntled by the state of the continent he lived in, but due to an unusual inconvenience, he crafted a sword called Elixemgulat by using the essence of Excalibur minus the holy essence which resulted the sword being dangerous and demonic, which resulted in his madness. And had to be put down by Rovolia Del Seiros, a human demi-god; and her older twin brother Aziraldo Del Seiros, another human demi-god. Both Excalibur and Elixemgulat where kept hidden away from public, and in Excalibur’s case, it was hidden away somewhere on planet Earth in the United Kingdom.”, “I see.” Said Periwinkle “But do you think it is possible that we may find an answer to prevent this chaos?”, “It is.” Said Austin “But still, I think it is best you head for home and see your family. But I don’t want you to discuss this with anyone any further. When the time comes, explain to your father. OK?”, “OK.” Said Periwinkle “I understand.”, Periwinkle waved and said goodbye to Pimpernelle and Austin, and headed straight for home.
