On one of thekzx's recent sketch drives, I thought of the idea of his fursona Kaleb patiently teaching my fursona Mat how to draw.
Over the last almost-three years since I've been drawing stuff here, I've found thekzx a real encouragement and inspiration to me (I mean, if you just look at my drawing style you'll see just how much inspiration I've taken!), and has given me little hints and tips here and there as well. He is a very prolific artist here, and his comics and stories are always a good read; funny, cute, sexy, heart-rending... the list could go on! If somehow you're following me but not him, where have you been?!
So in summary... this pic I asked him to sketch basically sums up the relationship between the two of us - the fledgling artist and the patient teacher. And, of course, I had to colour it!
And maybe there'll be future pics of the two of us after the lessons have finished, if you get my drift... 'cause, you know, all work and no play and soforth...
