Thanks. Feeling a a fair bit better today. It's just something that I've dealt with for years, though it's been a lot better in recent years. Just sometimes sneaks up on me and hits me a bit harder from time to time.

Thank you. Already feeling better today. Depression and anxiety have been companions of mine for many years, but fortunately they've not been quite as present in recent years. (Well, the depression anyway. Little rat that is social anxiety has been a bit more persistent in his presence.) Depression sometimes sneaks up and sucker punches me, but I always manage to get enough licks in on him to make him run away again.
