A vigilante weasel with a stutter, a mild case of the shakes, and a nifty spandex costume. The bat houses a blade that emerges from the side at the press of a button. Frankie acts as the demolitions guy for the vigilante group he's a part of, even though he isn't exactly an expert with explosives. He's the stepbrother of Rinaldi Vitello, who also happens to be in his vigilante group.

This'll probably be updated with more info once I actually write it all down somewhere.
