Voltage Feline: Electric Heroine
In Felineopolis, Felicia Meowser is in her light blue bra and underwear as she was in her room thinking about her life.
"My name is Felicia Meowser. Even though I have been freed from the control of the evil Dr. Badcat thanks to Atomic Dog, a hero in the city of Muttsburg, my life would be changed forever. Because of him, I was experimented on to become one of his super-powered bioweapons, as I gained the power to manipulate electricity. Now I do not know what to do with my life."
Suddenly, hearing a knock, Felicia got her robe on and opened it, seeing her brother, Felix Meowser, with the voltage pack that allows her to transform into Voltage Feline.
"So, any progress on the pack. I know I am going to be a freak forever, but...," Felicia said, when Frank put his hand on her and smiled.
"Don't worry. I managed to do some modifications to ensure Dr. Badcat cannot get control," Frank said as he showed the pack. It was now a lot slimmer, making it easy to hide under her clothes, and had a device on it.
"What's the new device for," Felicia said.
"With it, your clothes would be stored instead of being destroyed, as the will form back when you de-transform," Frank said. Later, after getting dressed in a grey shirt and blue pants, Felicia used the device, as red and green wires came out and started to form into light blue straps as they wrapped around her wrists, the straps soon forming into gloves. Using her powers, her clothes started tearing away while they were being stored, as her leotard was revealed, as the device had already formed it under her outfit, as her yellow mask formed over her eyes, her light blue eyes hidden in a way that made her eyes look pupilless, as she looked in the mirror.
"So, my mask was also modified, as I can't see my pupils, but I can still see," Felicia, who is now Voltage Feline, said.
"Well, I modified that part, so that way, if you do become a superheroine, you can hide your identity," Frank said. Later, Felicia was on the rooftop when she saw a pink cat using a whip on an armored truck.
"What's this," Felicia said as she used the device to transform into Voltage Feline. Using her power, she managed to land on her feet using her manipulation of electricity to slowly float down via magnetization onto the armored car.
"Didn't your mother tell you not to go around vandalizing other people's vehicles," Voltage Feline asked.
"Well, what do we have here? A cat in a leotard and mask trying to play superhero? I am Catlash, prima donna of the Fishbones Gang," the cat said.
"Fishbones Gang? What, is that a skeleton crew," Voltage Feline said when she saw Catlash prepare her whip, which she dodged, as she saw the whip hit a fire hydrant, freezing it in solid ice.
"We're not your normal gang who randomly rob and assault. We have amassed powerful tech and weapons to use to bring Felineopolis to its knees," Catlash said as she whipped the hydrant again, shattering it and causing water to spring out.
"And I though Dr. Badcat was the one with the advanced tech," Voltage Feline thought to herself. As soon as she saw Catlash use her whip again, she grabbed it.
"Bad move, lady. This will give you a jolt that will make you regret disturbing me," Catlash as she pushed a button, causing the whip to be electrified. However, to her shock, Voltage Feline was not affected by the electricity.
"Wait, why are you not frying like you've been put in the electric chair? The volts are supposed to kill you," Catlash said.
"I guess I forgot to introduce myself. I am Voltage Feline, and electricity is my superpower," Voltage Feline said as she used her electric powers to zap Catllash, sticking her onto a nearby car.
"Hey, what did you do," Catlash asked as she struggled.
"It seems my powers are electromagnetic, as they made you stick like a magnet," Voltage Feline said as the police arrived. As the cops saw her, she used her powers to leap away as a bolt of lightning from her hands boosted her up.
"Who is she," one cop asked.
"I don't know, but she helped us stop her," the other cop said, however, before they could cuff her, they were wrapped with bolos that electrocuted them, as a brown Tasmanian tiger stood on one of them.
"No Fisbone is going to the cop shop on my watch, copper," the cat said as he freed Catlash.
"Took you long enough, Trapper," Catlash said.
"No worries, mate. I have kept an eye on you," Trapper said. Later, Felicia was in the bathtub, having removed her clothes and voltage pack and was enjoying it, as she found out her electrical powers could not harm her, even in water.
"Being a hero is a lot better than being a villain. Maybe I can be Felinaopolis' superheroine," Felicia said. After she got out and dressed in her pajamas, she saw the news about Trapper saving Catlash and shocking the two officers.
"What have I done? I should have been there to protect them," Felicia said.
"You didn't know this would happen, sis. The Fishbone Gang is a tricky bunch," Felix said as he came in.
"Then I need to be a better heroine to save this city," Felicia said, as at the police station, the chief saw the footage of the fight.
"I wonder how I can contact this electric heroine. She may not have seen Trapper, but she gave Catlash a challenge," the chief said.
