Of course, you'll note I said self proclaimed master. Proper Care Bear magic is quite the lost art, and fairly difficult for most to handle. So its no surprise that there can be a few... mishaps, during Mystic Heart's studies ^^; Luckily theres more than a few bears in Care-a-Lot who would be more than happy to watch over the shrunken wizard until his spell wears off.
