As promised, here's another Carebear I made a lil while ago! Give a warm welcome to Mystic Hearts Bear!

A self proclaimed master of all things magical and arcane, this wizened old bear has dedicated themselves to uncovering the secrets of magic! Though he studies all kinds of magic, he specializes in uncovering the lost secrets of Care Bear magic, doing his best to figure out how to use the magic of the bears' belly badges, mostly through trial and error. Through his studies, he's managed to invent quite a few new spells for all bears to use.
