Custom My Hero Academia OC made for me by MaakoDraw on DA. This is One of Two Characters involved in My Snowbound Comic.

Abilities: He has Black Veins that cover his hands and Forearms. When he touches someone, Black Veins spread along the Persons forearms, Canceling out their Quirk. The Veins ware off after a few Days, so he has to retouch that person for his Quirk to have Long Lasting Effect.

Appearance: Wears all Black Clothing such as a Hooded over Coat, Jeans and Boots and a Gray t-shirt. He has Long Hair that extends to his shoulders. Has a Series of Scars that run along his Face.

Background: Kyle was Born in New York City to an Upstanding Family, with dreams of living a normal life. His family however wanted him to be a Hero and after he got his Quirk, their plans became possible. Kyles Quirk allowed him to Cancel out other People’s Quirks by Simply Touching them.

His Quirk got the Attention of Several Pro Heroes and Agencies. Kyle was trained at home and attended a Hero School in the city.

Kyle eventually got tired of his Families Expectations. During his internship, he got attacked by a Villain, leaving him with Scars along his Face. Kyle ran away from home at the age of 16 and was off the grid for a Long time.

Kyle had a Talent for survival. He read books and watched shows on how to live in the Wilderness. He hid out for an About several Years, while still learning to use his Quirk. Kyle started calling himself Veins.

Veins eventually Became a Man For Hire. So if someone wanted something done, he would do it without Question. His only Policy was that he wouldn’t take jobs that involved Killing.

Veins settled down in the Forests of Colorado and made plenty of money with his skills.
