Abilities: He can Extend His Fingers to a Length of 10 Feet. The tips of his Fingers are Sharp.

Appearance: Wears a Hooded Black Robe and a Mask to Hide his Face.

Background: A renowned German Scientist who Once studied Quirks. Later in his career, He secretly began Experimenting on People With Quirks, usually By force. He hired Villains to Kidnap people with Unique Quirks for his Experiments.

Kuno Believed that Quirks didn’t Truly die, but would Be Reborn into another person. He came to this Theory after learning that many People over passed Years obtained Similar Quirks and wanted to replicate them. His experiments were to see if he could Clone a Quirk into a Body if his own making, which what caused him to start Working on Human Cloning.

The Heroes eventually caught on to what He was Doing and Kuno was Forced to flee before his Work could be completed. He escaped as his Laboratory was set ablaze, Burning most of his body and Face.

Kuno fled to Alaska where he Hid within the Mountains and continued His work in Secret. His Goal was to Destroy Hero Society, By creating an army Of Clones with Quirks that were stronger than that of the average Pro!
