I’m betting 2D has been trashed by the last tenant in that room, or that all the other tenants gave been using oatts of it for their own purposes. Most likely, they’ve all been using it as a lounge, but not cleaning it.

Re-reading this page, and looking at the tenants' reactions, I am guessing it is specifically Ferra, the cute fennec fox, who has illicitly been using that 'unused' room, without permission. For what? Well, I guess we'll all learn that pretty soon!

Ferra is the tibetan fox and Zerda is the fennec. Only time will tell! >:3
