Here is Felicia Luxray, a new girl I've designed and a close friends of the Velusons. Anyways, please comment your opinions and let me know what you think of her.

Bio: Felicia is an aspiring musician and one of Kate's fellow band members. Strong-willed and full of energy, Felicia is very passionate about music and enjoys listening to a good beat. She tends to keep a remain calm and can be quite cunning in how she goes about things. When she isn’t doing band practice with her peers, she can be seen working out either at the gym or at the park. Though she hates to admit it, Felicia is deathly afraid of water or more specifically deep bodies of water. Her fear came as a result of a rather traumatic episode in where she’d nearly drowned as a child, of which only a few people knew including Kate herself. Felicia was one of Kate’s very first friends when the latter moved in from overseas, with the two even planning to start a band together. However, that doesn’t mean they would always get along. Occasionally, Felicia often gets into arguments with Kate over how things should go and sometimes, their fighting would reach a breaking point in which the two parties decide to take some time from each other and think for a while before returning to the band. In spite of their bickering however, the two still remains close with one another and it doesn’t appear that any argument would be enough to break their friendship. It isn’t easy to rile her up but if you do, watch out! Felicia can be quite fierce when she wants to be and she will not let you go so easily.
