Here is Celly Vulpix, a new girl I've designed and Erma's arch-nemesis. Anyways, please comment your opinions and let me know what you think of her.

Bio: Celosia Vulpix, or Celly as she is more commonly known, is the resident bully and Erma's arch-nemesis. At first glance, she is what you would call a typical spoiled brat. Born into a wealthy family, Celly has used her rich status as a means to get what she wants when she wants. She’ll never takes no for an answer and do whatever it takes, even if it means playing dirty. One of her passions growing up was watching movies and she dreams of one day going into showbiz and eventually making it onto the big screen. To practice her acting skills, Celly would often play nice to those who were none the wiser about her intentions. While it may seem that Celly was always this way, that wasn’t always the case. When she was younger, Celly was kind-hearted yet determined to make it big. Things changes when her parents adopted two older shiny Vulpix, who would go on to treat their sister poorly like belittling her or bossing her around. Her parents did nothing about their adopted daughters’ mistreatment of Celly and sometimes even encourages it, much to Celly’s chagrin. Not wanting to involve her parents’ ire, Celly would take her frustrations out on others, especially a shiny Eevee named Erma. She and Erma had known each other for a long time and were even friends at first. But then Erma left her behind following her adoption, Celly started to hate Erma with a passion and made it her mission to get back at her. Since then, Celly would devote much of her time to plotting schemes after schemes to make Erma’s day difficult, only for them to backfire in her face. These hasn’t deter Celly from continuing her scheming but she does seem to take some time off after each one.
