I am back from, among others, a metal festival. As you might imagine, the girls you see there get your heart caught in your throat.
These drawings (and the two on the following post) were made outside our tent in the mornings. Yes, my camp mates loved it.

tbh in my experience met'lers are among the friendliest and warmhearted people I ever met. The community as a whole tends to have a very open and welcoming mindset - performers and fans alike - which is at strange odds to the usually very aggressive lyrics and stage shows. yes you might earn a few bruises in the mosh pit if you really want to, but if you go stagesurfing, met'lers never let you down.

Hard agree. Metal festivals consistently only have considerate people at them, and there are few things more funny than the bible thumpers outside who unironically try to "save" the festival goers from going into corruption and Satan worship.
